"I received my phone in a timely manner, however I did have an issue with the the phone not being able to read the SIM card. I contacted Devices-Now and they promptly sent me an RMA for the return of the device. I was able to return and receive a new phone in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the service and I will buy from them in the future. "
"I recently ordered an iPhone 6 plus from Devices-now and paid through PayPal. The seller promised to deliver within 2-6 business days, and never indicate that this is a used/refurbished phone on their website. Because after four days of ordering, I didn't received any tracking confirmation, neither any update on their website, I created a ticket asking for shipment confirmation, I did get a response saying "our standard shipping option which has a 1-3 business day processing time frame. Your order was picked up by our shipping courier and will be delivered to you within the next 2-6 business days. We have emailed you the related tracking information and also have uploaded it to your account as well. Please allow all tracking updates 24-48hrs to update the live results online (which never happened)", so I keep waiting till 11 business days. I lost my patience and trust with the seller, and file a dispute with PayPal for a refund, after 4 days (2 business days) there is NO response from the company so I escalated the dispute to a claim, suddenly they started to act by sending out a used iPhone after receiving my PayPal claim (now they were forcing me to buy when I only want my refund). However, even with this really late shipment, the ear pods is missing, and most ridiculous is that the iPhone was shipped in a box without any protection, no cushion, no wrapping. "
"Appreciated the amount of information available in the listings of the phones. Also appreciated the quick response to my questions after searching numerous cell phone distributors Device-Now had the best prices. Very pleased overall! Thanks so much!!"
"Ordered a phone, which came locked and therefore useless. Battery also nearly dead. Tried to contact them for a return ticket: phone never picks up, online ticket never updated. Had to call Amex to dispute charge, and still pursuing it a month later.
Comprehensively poor buying experience. Might recommend to my worst enemy, but only if I really wanted them to suffer."
"Phones came as expected within the timelines. We have not activated them yet but they look new as promised :) "
"I bought an unlocked phone from devices-now.com to replace a phone that went on the fritz. I received the shipping notice that I would get it within 2-6 business days. I ended up waiting 2 weeks, all without a phone. I contacted their customer service center but communication from this company is not their strong part. They did finally send a phone to make the order right, but they didn't tell me they did. I went ahead and ordered a phone from another company since the reviews here and their lack of communication left me with little hope. The phone came the day after placing the new order. Since I needed a phone right away, I canceled the new order and kept the phone they sent. The phone was as promised and is working fine.
Although the phone turned out to be a good value, the customer service was less than desirable. I would not order anything from this company again."
"Got an excellent NEW condition phone at a great price. Really easy to sort through devices and specs. Overall smooth order experience."
"I was a little bit worried about my order because of the reviews so to avoid any issues I sent them emails for my records every step of the way. The always responded the same day and the product arrived on time and in new condition. Went surprisingly well!!"
"I had a great experience with devices-now. The prices are great and the device arrived in great condition. I did have an item that was back ordered and devices now contacted me with the option to wait or they would send an item they had in stock. I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and have already recommended them to a friend looking for a device. "
"The cost of replacement lithium ion batteries for high-end cellular 'smart' phones--like my Samsung Galaxy Note 3--are nothing short of ridiculous at the retail level, where I've experienced--and paid--$60 to $80 dollars for just one battery.
Through Devices Now (http://devices-now.com) I was able to procure two (2) new, standard OEM Samsung batteries for my Note 3, at under $30 dollars, delivered to my door in about 3 days.
The batteries arrived via standard mail in my apartment mailbox, securely packaged in a bubble wrap mailer, were not damaged, and are performing flawlessly.
The reason I ordered two, instead of one, is twofold: One, so I have an extra charged battery with me at all times, and Two, so I can limit my phone's connection to power, thereby reducing the amount of 'charge load' on the batteries, themselves.
I've experienced the dreaded 'battery bloat,' ie, when a lithium ion battery starts experiencing crystal expansion, due to power, and heat, overload on the individual cells inside the battery, which cause the case to expand outward.
This causes fitment issues with the back cover, and can also place stress on sensitive, circuit board components, not to mention corrosion issues should the battery pack leak.
Relative to individual battery 'factory residual charge,' one battery was at 15%, the other at zero.
Both batteries were allowed to charge normally in my Note 3, using a dual-plug, replacement cable (the original broke) specifically designed for this phone model. (All later Note series use Micro-USB and USB-C).
The charger is an ONN Model ONA12W1268 12V/120VAC combination charger I purchased at Wal-Mart on clearance. The main body is a 12V vehicle plug, with flip-out prongs for a standard (USA) electric plug.
Output: 5.0 Volts at 2.1 Amps (TTL Load) as marked on charger.
More specifically, as taken from the label:
AC Input: 100-240V~0.3A (50/60 Hz)
DC Input: 12-24V=1.5A
Output: 5.0V=2.1A (TTL LOAD)
This combination of an equivalent Samsung USB-3 charging cable, and 2.1 Amp charger, works well in both car and home environments for me; I just needed to reduce the amount of time on the power cable to not overload my batteries. (I experienced this in the car environment more than the home environment, perhaps due to the AC input loading of 0.3 Amps, as opposed to higher ampere loadings, and heat surfaces, in my personal car environment.)
The only suggestion, and constructive criticism, I have for Devices-now is this:
Use bubble wrap for each individual battery, and mail in a hardside box, instead of a bubble wrap, soft side mailer envelope.
Either that, or use the mailer to wrap the batteries, and put the padded, bubble wrap mailer inside another box.
I was a little concerned when I received the batteries in the bubble wrap envelope. Nothing was damaged, but batteries, in my opinion, should be, both, in bubble wrap and cardboard.
I hope this review is helpful.

"Was a little nervous to about this site due to all the negative reviews. Took a little while to get ahold of someone but when I did they eased my mind. I ordered the phone on a Wednesday and got my phone the following Thursday. The shipping was very acceptable. The product is exactly as advertised and no complaints :)"
"Ordering from Devices Now was very easy. I quickly found the phone I was looking for but waited a day to continue the search for the best deal. I returned to Devices Now not only because the price was the cheapest but because of the warranty and easy return policy. Sometimes it is better to pay a little more to have a piece of mind. I placed my order on a Saturday and received it the following Friday. Great delivery."
"Order my phone on May 1, 2016 waited for 10 days and reach out to Devises now through email about where is the phone I order? They finally emailed back and said it should be there on May 12, 2016. i did not received the phone until May 14, 2016. I called T-Mobile and gave them the IMEI number on the phone I ordered from Devises now. It did not work so I put the SIM card back to my old phone and it works. Monday May 16, 2016 I took it to T-Mobile store and the guy that works at T-mobil store for 6 years put two different sim cards into the phone and it still not work. He suggested to me that ship the phone back to wherever I bought it from because this phone does not recognized any SIM card. I email Devises now to see if I can returned this phone and opened a ticket with Pay Pal too. After reading all the negative comments I just hope that Devises now will correct this problem. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and Devises Now sold me a blacklist T-Mobile phone. Way to go Devises now thanks for selling a useless phone to me. "
"I purchased a an "unlocked" Samsung Galaxy 6 from this company. It did not arrive for about five weeks and when it finally arrived it was a disaster. The phone was not unlocked and was a stock AT&T phone still set up for AT&T service. According to the website the phone "may show slight signs of cosmetic wear." The phone had clearly seen extended and rough use, looking at it, it had residue built up that would take long months or years to accumulate, it had not been cleaned. I haven't gotten to the best part either, the phone is broken. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE AND ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!"
"They will take your money, that is about all they know how to do. 2 weeks nothing not one word, email, letter, NOTHING."
