"I SO wish I had read the reviews on this website before dealing with these people. The complaints I am reading on this website are EXACTLY the same issues I am experiencing right now with this company. I bought what was advertised as an iPhone 5s in mint condition at the beginning of December to give as a Christmas present. What I got was a phone that was clearly damaged...and not the color I ordered. They told me they would be sending me a replacement...three separate times in three weeks they said they will expedite a phone to me...and I have received nothing to date. They don't pick up the phone when I call from my cell phone, but when I call from another phone, the call is picked up immediately! So I know they are ignoring certain numbers, while picking up unfamiliar numbers in hopes of screwing over another ill-advised person! I have been dealing with Mary Ellen and she promised all sorts of things, wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor--said she would have the supervisor call me. Surprise, surprise...no phone call!! I don't even think a supervisor exisits!! Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charges and reported them to PayPal. Hopefully, I will get my money credited back to me!"

They sent an defective item and I spoke to Mary [I think she is only one customer support agent] for the refund and waited for 10 days to get the RMA alone. Many time tried to reach through phone but couldn't and no response to email also.
Finally I got the RMA and shipped the defective device, it's been delivered to them. Now it's 10 days and still I didn't get the refund and couldn't reach them also.
The biggest mistake I made is placing order in Device Now."
"Terrible experience with this company. We received a defective iPhone5c and had to send it back for replacement. The replacement still hasn't arrived more than a month after they received the original phone back. Customer service has been terrible and their support takes a week before they respond to emails or messages on their site, if they respond at all. My experience with this company has probably been the worst I've ever had dealing with any company. Jennifer Russo and Mary Ellen, apparently their only two customer service/support staff, are both dishonest and unreliable. Don't take the chance, stay away from Devices-now! "

"I wish I had found this site prior to ordering my phone. I placed an order for an I Phone 5s and of course I had to pay via PayPal and it was deducted from my account immediately! Yet after a week, I still have not received ANY information regarding my order and the website says processing. Even though their site says all orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment. I have emailed twice and sent a message via PayPal, all to no avail. I have called and only gotten the vm with no return call. I am going to dispute this transaction with my bank and just be done and place an order with a reputable company! "

First tried to contact devices-now 12/28/15 continued daily up to today (I/2/16). Don't understand why no one has answered. "If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. First off, the customer service is a JOKE. Good luck getting a live person on the phone. They will email you back - but they'll tell you they're working on it or that you're order was shipped - even though the status on their website says "processing." I ordered my product on 12/17 and the money came out of my account IMMEDIATELY. I have yet to receive my phone, it is now 12/29. I've talked w/ Customer Service via email and twice on the phone. EVERY time they told me I would receive a tracking number but I never got one. Apparently my phone is "lost" somewhere in the mail (even though the order still says processing on their site). This place is a JOKE - they won't even give you your money back. STAY AWAY. I'm reporting to Better Business Bureau "
"I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy s5 and a 3-in-1 charger on December 6th, with 2 day priority shipping. After 4 days I still was unable to even track the package with the tracking information they had provided. After numerous attempts to contact the company, I finally received an email stating they needed to investigate the location of the package. The phone and charger both arrived on December 19th, almost a full 2 weeks to arrive on 2 day priority shipping. The phone received appeared to be in excellent condition, but it turns out the SD card port is defective/broken. I immediately contacted the company and assumed I would not get a response because it was a Saturday. I was surprised when I received an email the same day, December 19th, stating that I needed to provide the IMEI# for the phone to start the warranty process. I provided all of my order information and the requested IMEI# the same day. I have sent 3 emails requesting further information about the warranty process and have not received a single response as of today, December 29th. I expected some delay due the holidays, but this process for receiving a single phone is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone with the way they handle their customer service."
"THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I bought a SS5 and they gave me a tracking number right away then 10 days later they sent me another tracking number and it still took another 5 days after that to get the phone. When I finally got the phone the screen was completely burnt!! I have sent several emails and left voicemails (since the never pick up the phone) but no one has gotten back to me. I want a return label and full refund. We'll see what happens. I sure hope I don't have to resort to PayPal dispute and capital one. Buy I will if I have to. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE EVER AGAIN. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE GIVING FREE STUFF AWAY."
"I wanted to share that I very pleased with the first order I made with Devices Now for Christmas this year. My daughter really wanted an unlocked iPhone, and Devices Now had the best price I could find. I was wary, as some of the reviews for Devices Now out there were not very positive. I placed the order, said a prayer, received the order within a few days, and was so delighted to find not only that it works properly, but also we her number, contacts, etc transferred easily to the new iPhone through her prepaid plan provider (T Mobile). I am happy, and I would order from Devices Now again!"

The package took 5 business day to get to me, and all they sent was the charger. I can't even get anybody on the phone. My daughter did not get a Christmas present. This company is terrible!
