I did receive the "verify your address" phone call after I placed the order, and the representative did ask if I wanted to purchase accessories or an extended warranty, but when I said no, he didn't push at all. Actually, the extended warranty was a good price, but I didn't choose to purchase it. I read a lot of stiries here that when you call back they might press you to buy overpriced accessories, so I was anxios about it even if I read many good reviews prior to buying the camera. I called, confirmed my address and I was told they have promotions on filters and I said I don't need them, then Randy, their representative mentioned memory sticks and I answered no again. He said, OK then, you all set. Next day, Friday, I got tracking number via email and on Monday my camera was delivered.

They stated "72 business hours" to process orders and they were a bit slow on that promise. It was not till the end of the 4th business day that my order was shipped. I got impatient and sent an email about my order status and they responded within 24 hours. Got my tracking number shortly thereafter. FedEX shiping took 3 days, total of 8 days to get my camera. No hard sell or bait and switch. This is no frills online shopping but if you know what you want and the price is right I would recommend this company."

Ordered a Canon ZR70MC camcorder - one of the best prices I could find from a high rated company. They upsold me some stuff on confirming my order, but I called back an hour later and canceled that part of the order. They took it off without question. So far, so good.
The only problem I had was when I tried to track the order online. I needed the camera wihtin a week, so I selected 2nd air. My order did not show up on their site until Monday, and then it said it had not yet been shipped. Tuesday, the same information. I called them - they said it had shipped Monday, and gave me the tracking number. I received it later that day, so it looks like it got overnighted.
Bottom line: seems like a good company, but don't trust their online order tacking - call!"

"They were a bit rude on the phone when I called to see if the camera was in stock. Would not let me order over the phone even though their web site gives a toll free number to do so. All that aside I ordered my Canon G3 camera and got it new in sealed box in a few days. I am happy that I saved about $100.00 on the camera. I would order from them again. Shipping was pricey... $60.00 for Fed Ex. Even thought I ordered next day air I don't think the camera was in stock as they stated because it still took three days to get it."
