"I was very nervous about ordering a Canon Digital Rebel from a company not close to me but the price was toooo good. I placed the order by phone on a sunday and was not pressured to upgrade or buy accesories. Randy told me that the camera was in stock and will ship in 1-2 days. On tuesday I checked the site to track the package and could not get any info. When I called, I was told that the tracking software crashed but the camera shipped on monday and was going 3 day fedex. I had only ordered regular gound shipping and that was what I had paid for. They told me that the camera will arrive on thursday. Imagine my surprise when it arrived wednesday with all the parts promised. I certainly feel comfortable recommending these guys and will definitely use them again."

"Ordering online or by phone one week before Christmas can be disappointing, but in this case, Digital Megastore delivered the Pentax Optio S5i digital camera and Super Accessory Kit I ordered for my wife at a good price and with three days to spare. Although I started to order the camera online, the company policy regarding shipping to an address other than the billing address forced me to call the company's "800" number and speak to a live person. "Bill S." told me how to go about getting the camera shipped to our home in Colorado even though our billing address is in New Hampshire. Since I had him on the line, I decided to place the order with him. He told me that in addition to Holiday Package savings, the shipping also would be upgraded to "two-day" delivery at no extra charge. When the order arrived, one accessory was missing, so on Monday after Christmas I called "Bill S." and he said the missing USB Card Reader would be shipped that day. It arrived two days later on Wednesday. Overall, I am very satisfied with this transaction and will shop again at Digital Megastore, especially now that I have the telephone extension of a competent sales representative. Thanks "Bill S." and Digital Megastore."

"I had never purchased anything from the Digital MegaStore before, but I decided to give it a shot based on their reviews and low prices. I purchased a Panasonic DMC-FZ15 digital camera for about $370, plus FedEx 3-day shipping.

To my surprise, the camera shipped the same day that I placed my order and I received the camera 2 days later (thanks FedEx). The camera arrived in a new unopened box with all of the accessories, and it was in perfect working condition.

Thank you Digital MegaStore for an excellent online purchasing experience.

"This store did exactly what it promised on it's site. I ordered a Konica Minolta A200 online as a gift for my son. The item was in stock. Used three day shipping. Ordered the camera Monday evening and received it on Thursday morning. No hassles no confirmation calls. Just fast order confirmation by e-mail and fast delivery. "After researching digital SLR cameras for more than two weeks, I decided on a Canon Digital Rebel and Digital Megastore as a vendor. Both turned out to be good choices. Digital Megastore offered the best price and a trusted name, which was particularly important when the first Canon I received was DOA. I had a replacement with no questions asked in three days. "I am completely satisfied with my purchase from this company!! I ordered the Canon Powershot Pro-1 from them on Monday. I called to ensure I would be getting what was advertised before I ordered after having dealt with the "bait-and-switch" number from amphotoworld.com (don't ever, ever, ever order from them.) They ensured me that it was all factory packaged and came with all included accessories and that it was in fact in stock. I received a conformation e-mail on Tuesday, the Fed-Ex tracking number on Wednesday, and my order arrived Thursday morning around 11. I was ecstatic, to say the least, having only payed for 7-10 day shipping! I would most definitely order from this company again. I was very pleased with their prices and their customer service. I will recommend them to anyone looking for electronics."

"Digital Mega Store flew "up up and beyond" any expectations I could have ever had for using them. I was so exctatic to get the knock on my door from FedEX only 2 days after I ordered my Sony DSC-717. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm. The lady said it would ship out in 48 business hrs..so I figured it would ship Monday or Tuesday, then I choose 7-10 day shipping..So I wasnt expecting it for 2 weeks. Then come Monday morning at 10am Fed EX is at my door with camera. I was screaming "I LOVE YOU" at the FedEX guy. He probally thought I was nuts....I would shop at Digital Mega Store for ANY of my needs!!!"

"We received a defective 32" Sharp Aquos flat panel TV. Too bad! Digitial Megastore washes their hands of it the second it leaves their warehouse. Unfortunately, the local service company that Sharp uses for this area of N.C.thus far appears incompetent and has given me the run around - supposedly fixing it, then bringing it back to me with the exact same problem. Then it takes several for them to come pick it back up. A month later, I still do not have a working TV. The local Circuit City or BestBuy would have taken it back, especially if it went bad in ONE day. NEVER order on-line, it costs you more in time and frustration than what you saved."
