"I received my order in good working order- can't wait to take it out and shoot. I thought I was going to get an extra battery, but it did not come with the order. Upon review, the order did not reflect the extra battery-so at least I didn't get charged for it. It looks like they held for order for some reason, but when I called to get a tracking number, it completed and shipped next day, arriving n good time from that point."
"Completely terrible business practices from what I have experienced!
Ordered a Nikon camera from them, no response on status for days! Tried to call multiple times - they never picked up phone!!! All my emails went unresponded and to nothing!!! I just wasted my time and money on long distance phone calls (they are not TOLL-free)! I am not sure if my CC info that I submitted while placing order is safe now, never received cancellation confirmation either! Will have to change my CC!
P.S. Immediately after I posted this review, I received a phone call from them. (I guess they do contact their potential customers/buyers). Their representative was extremely rude, and was threatening me to file a law suit for defamation, that is for my expressing of opinion, if I do not delete my review! He literally used obscene language (which I cannot use here) to describe some of my arguments. Seriously?! How very professional is that!!!
Well, I am contacting my lawyer and will be ready to fight back, and see how this goes and if my experience with them really is what they called my arguments were!
Lesson learned. Before trying to place my order, I should have paid more attention to what others say here, that this business is "worst scam ever. stay away!", and "scummy and as dishonest as it gets." Instead I am being threatened and turned the tables upon by having to listen to them use foul language!
With all the 1-star reviews and complaints that are on ResellerRatings on these guys, there is a very great chance of filing a class action against them! I am surprised no one has done it yet!"

"This is a mixed review. I made a mistake on my order and it was MY fault for not looking at things more carefully. I ordered an import (grey market) camera. It was labelled as such on their website but not on the first tab. Approximately 2 hours after the order I realized my mistake. I called customer support and got a prompt AND kind reply. The representative recommended the correct camera but I did not want to put that much money down at this time. The gentleman on the other side said that he would waive the 10% cancelled order fee IF I would give a "good" review. Once he saw the good review then he kindly said that he would waive the fee. This did not sit well with me at all. I called my credit card company and got my account changed. In summary... Their ordering process was great, costumer service was prompt and kind but make sure you know what you want. Do not make a mistake, especially on an expensive order because of the cancel fee or you may have to make a "good" review."
"I tried to order the wrong lens. I needed a Canon EF-S lens and I inadvertently was trying to order a 35mm lens. You caught it and offered me a great price on the equivalent EF-S lens. I got the lens last night and so far I am very happy and I paid far less than other sources."

"These guys offered us a discount to pay via Wire Transfer (terrible idea!). It has now been 6 weeks since the order was placed (for $11,000). We sent multiple e-mails requesting an order status, to which we did not get replies. We managed to get them on the phone once, when they assured us order was on the way (no tracking number provided). Just now a representative yelled at us and hung up on us, refusing to provide any information on the status. We are now left pursuing legal action.
p.s. As an update, within hours digitaloutlets tried to claim with ResellerRatings that my order was fake and I never placed it - they were trying to get rid of my review. I had to provide documentation to ResellerRatings, who did the right thing and kept my review up.
Don't trust their low prices - you get what you pay for!"
