I've been purchasing from DinoDirect for some time now.
I used to use companies such as dealextreme, priceangels, focalprice etc and found their shipping times, products and customer service terrible.
DinoDirect not only has as good or better prices and product range, their customer service is fantastic.
On the rare occasion I had any problems with a product, (like, not meeting my expectations or wrong color), they were quick to remedy the situation, super helpful and I was never out of pocket. They even paid return postage.
Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with.

Prior to purchasing I asked which OS was on the unit. I was told it came with Windows XP.

I recieved the computer with a copy of Windows 7... but it's a pirate copy.

I have had numersous chats with this company to get issue resolved. At one point they called me to advise thata they were shipping me a new system. I followed up and was told no such thing was happening... and that I knew it was pirate software and that is what I bought.

Any copmany selling pirate software is not a legit copany.

They offered me $5 to post a postive review... No Way!

"I have had an overall bad experience with this company my original package was shipped to a business instead of my home which I know is the shippers fault but when I contacted customer service for help a lot of the agents I spoke with gave me the run around having me go back and forth between USPS and dinodirect. For almost a Month of the same answers I was even told by an agent I would get my replacement with the fastest shipping due to the high level of frustration and inconvenience unfortunately that was not the case I was lied to. I finally got an agent that looked into my situation right away and fixed my issue without telling me they had to contact some other department the only reason I'm rating 5stars is because they asked me. This is a terrible company. They ask u to review them at 5 stars"

"Dishonest. I purchased a product from them, and the product that they delivered did not match their product description. I asked for a refund, and they would not give it. Here is their procedure:

1) I request a refund, in compliance with Dinodirect's own terms in conditions.
2) They ask for input. Pictures, facts, whatever.
3) I supply the input. Dinodirect asks for more input.
4) At some point, Dinodirect offers me a give certificate for some amount that it less than I paid for the original product. Dinodirect asks if this is OK, and I say "no".
5) Return to step (1).

It has been 3 months since I requested the refund. Still no refund has been issued. But they still continue to send me e-mails asking if I am satisfied with their customer service. My advice is to avoid Dinodirect.
