"I do not plan to use DinoDirect ever again. My *Free shipping cost me $50, and they only sent me tracking information 1 month later, when I pestered their support for it. The tracking information took me to some site they ran that never gave updated information. They finally offered resolution of "sending a new order" at no cost to me. If it works, I will be a little less irritated. But their total lack of communication and service is unacceptable. If I had been smart, I would have bought from almost anyone else!"

"I made my first purchase from Dino Direct and bought a 7 inch tablet from them. It took 30 days for me to receive it and when it was received, the container looked like someone played soccer with it. When I opened it, the display container was only wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no Styrofoam on the screen side of display box for protection. I can't really blame them for careless postal workers but I can blame them for the shoddy packaging job from the factory.

I did contact them for RMA info. I filled out the form and attached 2 pics and was contacted again to provide pics again. I did request a refund but I am willing to accept a replacement unit in working order if it is at all possible.

Now March 24th and still waiting for the replacement. This has been nothing but a nightmare. Too late to dispute with my cc company so I'm screwed. Their tracking number is useless."

"I've bought from them a few times in the last three or four years and they have always delivered to their promises. The website loading time is a bit slow and the checkout process can be a bit cumbersome compared to other major merchants like Amazon but you can't beat the prices or the selection.

I had a problem with an order during Christmas day nonetheless and I used the LiveChat feature. The poor Sharon had to bear with me for a loooong time while cancelling my order and placing a new one. Boy she was patient!

At the end all was resolved and I have to say that I was really surprised by that level of customer service. Being used to buy the "cheap stuff" through eBay and not having ANY customer service and now getting so much attention was totally unexpected to me.

I confess that the first time I ordered from them a while back I was apprehensive but after a few years of online presence and some orders fulfilled to my total agreement I am no more."

I was initially having a problem getting the product I ordered on time. However, staff at dinodirect helped me place a new order so that I actually received everything on time and before Christmas.
