I can honestly say that DinoDirect have been superb and 100% reliable.
My shipping option was upgraded free of charge, their response to an email I sent asking for an alteration to my shipping details was done and confirmed almost immediately and they even followed up with an after sales email to check I had received it and all was well from the help department.

Got in touch with a service rep "Otta" who was just excellent with his customer handling skills as I, for one, was irate to say the least. This was a new year present for my brother and I really wanted it to be prefect. Otta ensured so, by ensuing a replacement of the jacket with one of a size meeting my needs. "Absolutely stupid service, pathetic on every level. "Sharon", is currently mixing up windows as to who she's talking to. My order is currentlly 34 Business days past due and says she "doesn't know" about my order, and if it doesn't arrive by the 24th of December to contact them again, which would make it 45 business days past due. Which is the international requirement for making a claim to their customer service. After informing that she offered me a pitiful 27$ Giftcard or to resend my items? How in the hell do these people stay in business."

So disappointed!!! First of all, I placed an order $235.98 and waited for 2 weeks - No Approved yet! so I wanted to cancel one of my items because I thought it was not approved yet, so I could make the change easier. But, No! This order took me over 2 months to receive it! What a service! During 2 months, I had to contact their customer service 5 times to ask about my order; they said the same as every time "Sorry" "I will help you ship it out in 24 hours" I believed in their words. And what? I waited in 2 months. I missed my husband bday's present cause of this stupid service!
I now, When I receive it, one of the items is not the same as the picture that it was viewed on page. I want to refund it they said that I have to pay for my shipping fee for refund! I paid their package returning premium for 0.99 and now, what?
Too Disappointed!!! Never ever order on DD anymore!

And now, Hello DD, I did contact your ChatLive to talk about my problem with the item, I sent to whoever chatted to me the SKU picture and everything (as the same day that I received my items). He/She told me that I have to wait 72 hrs (a week????) for the system to respond my problem !!!! What kind of service are DD? when the policy said that I have to refund the item in 30 days and now it wasted a week for them to respond me!!! what if the same as before when they said system got bug or error and ask me to wait another week or even over a month then they will say goodbye to the fake item!!!????
DD asked me to change my feedback , hello when you refund my money for that fake item i will delete this feedback or , maybe just change it that you guys did your job for my refund. I couldn't believe that I have to stuck with you guys over 2 months! I thought that when I receive my order then I don't have to have any link with DD never ever again, but now, sigh!!! I am really tired with your service! "
