"I saw the Stylish Chiffon Ruffles One Shoulder Floor Length Bridesmaid Dresses on dinodirect and thought they are perfect for my big day. I ordered them in burgundy and converted us to uk sizes. When they arrived the first thing I noticed was they are completely the wrong colour. I asked my bridesmaid to try one on and the sizes were all wrong too. I raised an RMA case and have been arguing with customer services since!
First they asked me could i not just keep the dresses, give them to my friends and they'll give me a £50 GBP voucher to spend on their site instead of a refund!
I explained that leaves me with £310-ish out of pocket! Then they said get a quote for shipping- so I did now they say ship them back but you'll have to pay shipping for the return as it's (I quote) " But the return shipping fee is too much to bear. We have sent  you the items without charge your shipping fee. And we have shipped the item by the fast shipping. The most important thing is that we cannot pick up the items which deliered by DHL. Since it will have a high cost of custom fee." I now have to get a quote from royal mail but no one has confirmed they'll fully refund me for the dresses and shipping cost!
Considering the comment below I most definatley do not want a gift card!
It says on the site "Who should be responsible for the returning cost? 1. DinoDirect will be responsible for the retuning fee by regular post service with a tracking number if it is our fault." so why am I having so much trouble shipping my useless items back!!! I would not recommend dinodirect to anyone as I feel I have wasted my money.
