04/27/2012 252565735-DD : this is my order for digital kitchen scale. but unfortunately it damage when it arrive. i think its caused by bad shipping&handling process in my country, because i know that my country post/courier service was bad. then i chat with DD staff to talk about this issue. they agree offer me a new replacement for free ;)
06/02/2012 9877Q8B8-DD : they resend a new replacement. that's great. but unfortunately, the same issue was happened again. its has defect on arrival too. i just wonder maybe i having bad luck. then i contact DD staff by chat one more time. i tell him about this issue. at that time, i even don't hope that they will be give me free replacement for the second times. but they willing to give me for full replacement for my second defect on arrival case. that's great :) ;)

"I ordered an item of the website and thought my order was processed. Then about 5 minutes later i receive a phonecall asking for more credit card details. I was not happy to give them again so they said they would send me an email. In th email they wanted a copy of my credit card: FRONT & BACK!!. No way was I doing this. As far as I was concerned I provided my details already. On that basis I decided to cancel my order given it had not gone through (or so I thought). I used live chat to cancel my order. I was told it was cancelled. I asked for confirmation but told this is not given. Just out of curosity I rang my Bank to check if any attempts to take money from my credit card had occured today. Low and behold, the debit for my purchase was taken by Dinodirect (and they telling me they could not complete the order). I went back to live chat and in short when I told the operator of this I was told that this was not the case and I should not be trying to damage the reputation of their company!!!! I'd did nothing of the sort. I did not buy the item and so they should not have taken the money from my account. All I want is the money returned and confirmation my order has been cancelled. It can't be that hard to do.

"I have purchased few items from Dinodirect and with no doubt they're one of the best online stores ever. Sometimes it takes awhile to ship the product but it's ok.

My suggestion for Dinodirect is to make the site easier to navigate, I have found a lot of bugs in the site and they should do a make over in the Order Management.
And I have seen products very over priced an example is a t-shirt that was costing $72... It's probably a bug in my opinion.
