Also, I didn't enter my prescription right & they contacted me & then my eye dr to correct it. They went above & beyond & it didn't go unnoticed. I'll definitely be a return customer!"
"It was absolutely horrible!!! I ordered my contacts almost two weeks ago. After the order was put through they gave me my the date when I would receive them. I paid a little extra to get them to me faster. But then recieved and email stating they couldn't process my order at this time. So I called and as I was calling them I got a text alert from my bank card showing they took 35.27 from my account. So when i finally talked to someone i told her what was going on and how my order cant be placed but yet you took the money out anyways. I'm was totally frustrated. She told me in return that they would cancel my order and money would be returned in 3 to 5 business days. And I also recieved and email stating that as well. Well it's now gone on day 7 since I cancelled my order and no money returned to me. I had called them yesterday to speak with yet another person and she was the most rudest person I have ever talked to. I explained what happened and how my money was taken out but never returned. So she supposedly looked my account info up and said that it's not their problem that money has not come back to me yet . That they show they released it back and so it must be my banks card. She was rude and had an attitude at this point telling me this. She then goes on to say call your bank and talk to them. They need to send us a release of funds to us showing they have it but havent released it. Well I looked and called to go over my transactions on my card and spoke to someone through the bank and they have nothing that on hold for me and they told me the money was never put back into my account. So after all of that I'm still fighting to get my money back. This company doesnt care about the messed up orders, or that they take money from you before the order was even put through. It's a scam and they've done absolutely nothing to help you fix the problem. So at the moment I'm pretty ****!!!"
"The reason I ordered from this website was because it offered a 20% discount and was at top of my google search result. Ordered on 7/1 with estimated delivery on 7/9-7/11. Since I didn’t recover my order, I emailed and asked where my ordered is since I am already running out of contact lenses. The representative responded that my order was unfortunately “back ordered” and the new estimated delivery date is in middle October. Wtf??!! With no prior notification, now I have to wait for 3 months for my contact lenses to arrive? This is not acceptable. I requested refund right away. Learn from my lesson, don’t order from low trust website (google search can be very misleading sometimes), you seem to save some bucks but you wasted so much of time which do not worth it! "

I ordered contact lens for my family member and before shipping out they sent an email saying that the shipping address is not valid so I edited the shipping address in my account.
After that I received a email indicating item has shipped but I found the shipping address is wrong, it's not the same as I input!!!
I wrote several emails to their service and got no responses at all !!
The thing that makes me so disappointed is that they could've corrected the shipping address before it's been actually shipped, but they just on purpose ignored all my messages and just sent the package to a wrong address and now I don't even sure if I will receive the lens or not.
This situation is what I really hate when it comes to online purchasing. They took your money quickly, and then they just don't care the service they provide because they know you have no place to complain, it's either you accept it or leave it, they just don't give a damn!!! Very bad, and I don't recommend."
"Sent my prescription to be verified and it was denied due to the fact my doctor didn't clarify which air optix. Ok that's fine, but 2 days later they take the money out of my account. I called and it's now being put back in (hopefully). But wtf."
"I used Discount Contact Lenses before and I didn't have any issues besides some of the contacts being uncomfortable (maybe I was just unlucky). So I gave them a second shot when I was in desperate need for contacts and couldn't get into the eye doctor. I ordered them on a Friday and paid $20 for one day shipping. After getting the email on Sunday stating that they verified my prescription and my contacts would ship in one business day, I checked my emails on Monday and saw that the contacts shipped. I tracked them using the Fedex tracking number provided and discovered that they weren't to be delivered until Friday. I called and spoke with a representative (I really appreciate that you don't have to talk to machines, it gets someone right away) and she stated that they should be delivered Tuesday and to call back for a refund if I didn't receive them.
Tuesday came and no contacts so I called back Wednesday to get my refund for the $20 shipping and the representative I spoke with was insensitive to the fact that I needed my contacts asap and that's why I paid the one day shipping. Then, when she processed my refund, I informed her that they just lost a customer and her response was "okay, thank you." in a very happy voice. Not even a sorry for what happened or is there anything we can do to keep you as a customer. This website is a joke. Not to mention it's impossible to leave reviews and warn other buyers. Can't imagine why they make it so difficult. "
"I don't think I've ever written an online review before but decided to do so because things turned out much better than expected. I ordered my contacts without having read the very checkered reviews on this site until a day after the order was placed. In a slight panic I called to make sure the order was being processed appropriately. Turns out the prescription got approved the same day and the contact lenses shipped a day or two thereafter. I opened the box this evening to find everything to be in great shape. Prescription was correct. Price was dramatically lower than what my optometrist and other sites would have charged. Shipping was speedy (4 days to arrive from the order date). Overall, great experience!"

"I ordered my lenses over 2 months ago. Customer service was quick to reply but was not forth coming with information regarding my order. I waited patiently for 1 month and then contacted customer service as the status of my order had not updated in that time. I was informed in the return correspondence that my order would have to be reordered and they would expedite shipping. No explanation as to why it would have to be reordered. At this point I was irritated because I had placed this order 2 months in advance of when I needed them. So another few weeks passes. I've received nothing and again the status on my order has not changed from lenses ordered. So I contact customer service again, this time letting them know I was getting more than a little frustrated. I received a phone call from AC lens (which I'm guessing is their parent company) and a voicemail stating that there was a problem with my order and to please call them. I returned the phone call. The person I spoke with sounded very bored to be doing this and then stated that they can't make my contacts because (insert her mumble explanation here that I couldn't understand). I asked why I was not informed of this when I placed my order back at the beginning of October. This person didn't answer my question and just said do you want us to contact your doctor? I replied "Why? I don't understand. I provided the prescription from my doctor's office." Again no reply from the customer service rep. So I just told her to cancel my order. This was a horrible experience and now I'm out of luck with having my contacts by the time I needed them. I have yet to receive my refund so I can't say whether or not they are forth coming with refunding your money. I will update if I receive it. "
"Horrible customer service. I see another reviewer had a similar experience. That's strong evidence it's not a fluke, but a systemic problem. I ordered lenses on Oct 11, faxed in my prescription with the order to minimize the time between order and shipping, and paid for my lenses. Expected delivery was 10/18. On 10/24, with no lenses delivered, I contacted customer service, who returned my email the next day. I was told they needed to "reorder" my lenses, and would expedite delivery. I had back-and-forth emails with customer service. Despite repeated requests for clarification, I was only told my lenses had to be "reordered", which I finally took to mean the order was never processed in the first place. Customer service representative never addressed my repeated question as to why I was not informed of the delay (as per company's stated policy) and refused my requests for contact information for the lens manufacturer and for the customer service manager. I was simply given the same 800 number on the website. I seldom use telephones because of hearing loss and difficulty of communication. Email is more efficient, and there's less risk of losing information due to someone's faulty or selective memory.
Over three weeks after the initial order, and despite the "expedited" shipping, I still do not have my contacts, nor an estimated date for delivery. Even if the lenses are expedited, that's not exactly a favor to me, considering that they are already late, due to a mistake by Discount Contact Lenses. I've been a customer of this company for several years, but this will be my last order. "
"I placed my order on 8-23, estimated shipping was 8-29 to 8-30. So I ordered expedited shipping since I was leaving for a trip on 8-31. I waited until 8-31 (the day I was leaving) to e-mail and request explanation of why my order had not been shipped yet.... even after checking online to track it with USPS. They say it "shipped" on 8-29-18. I emailed and complained since I specifically ordered expedited shipping for a reason and I was told that they have no control over when it gets shipped from the manufacturer but that I could change my shipping address to receive it....but isn't that what I bought this expedited shipping for?! I waited almost 2 more weeks until I'd had enough. I e-mailed again expressing my displeasure with the service and the fact that I still had not received my shipment. Magically, they admit something had gone wrong...and that they would offer an overnight shipment free of charge but that they prefer I call for immediate attention. I called today, and talked to a rude representative, Robin, who tried telling me that my order had been shipped and there's nothing they can do( without even looking at my account). I told her the representative, Odessa, via email, had told me otherwise. Then she put me on hold for way too long to figure out what I had been told before and to look at the notes on the account... magically within the hour I received an email from them telling me they refunded my money. I have done nothing but go around and around with this company and I have made it clear that I will be reporting them. They are absolutely running a scam and I believe everyone should know about it. I'm thankful to have my money refunded so I can take my business elsewhere. These people are SCAM ARTISTS. The office sounded like someone's living room...I could hear someone else's conversation LOUDLY in my conversation... STAY AWAY!"
