"I designed exactly what I wanted clicked the "add to cart" button and my design disappeared and it was not in the cart. Redesigned it and the same thing. Redesigned it AGAIN and this time clicked on "share" and tried to email it to myself...nothing. At that point I'm frustrated and just thought that I didn't need to send the money anyway and started to just log off. But decided to use the chat feature. I was immediately helped. I redesigned it for the 4th time when I tried to send Anthony the link and it resized my design. Once he got it, the design elements still were not in the right place but he was able to fix it and send me the invoice. It was ordered in less time then it took me to design it 5 times. A very frustrating experience was made better by Anthony's assistance. Now I just hope it looks nice when I receive the final product. "

"I picked out the item I wanted and then uploaded my design and placed the order. With the first design proof review, I asked for an adjustment, it was quickly fixed and another proof sent to me. I approved the second proof and then in a short amount of time, the item was shipped to me. The items arrived very quickly and they were just as I had been shown. Great job Discount Mugs!
