"BUYER BEWARE! The estimated date of delivery is not a window of dates like other websites. My delivery ended up 5 days later because "I didn't pay for rush delivery" says the customer service rep. She wasn't helpful in offering solutions or alternatives. Now I have a huge useless order because it came after the event date. I don't know the quality of the product yet, but my advice if you choose to order with them is to order WAY before your deadline and to not expect good customer service."
