"1st time user. Struggled for a couple of days trying to work the website to upload a simple logo to some koozies. Was not very happy with the site, and was unable to save design or anything. Site wa s slow and kept changing things back to different sizes randomly. I after trying several times to do this and 1 chat, I gave it one more shot. Same thing, but got on a chat with Pauline. She was GREAT! Helped get the design/logo right. she also advised me that they have a known IT issue with saving designs. That was good to know, I thought I was doing something wrong! She made it all very easy! We will see how the finished product turns out. Hopefully will be back to order more next time and the site will be functioning correctly by then."

"Please read before using them for your important event. My event was scheduled for a Friday. I ordered 60 pieces to be delivered in plenty of time. When I hit check out - the delivery date bumped up to my event date. I was concerned, so I contacted customer service. "Everything will be fine, don't worry" was their reply. After not being notified for a few more days, I contacted them again. No one could answer my questions, no one could assure me my order would arrive in time. I did not speak to the same person twice. I called and chatted MULTIPLE times, always getting the same lame response.
I was finally emailed on Thursday (day before event) to notify me that my order would not make it time for Friday. Not even enough time to make other arrangements.
Had they told me they were out of what I had ordered, no problem, I would have picked something else. Had they been honest with me - I would not be so angry.
Bottom line - if you are able to change your important event date, go ahead and order from them. If you can't, avoid this company like the plague!! I will never personally use them again, nor will any organization that I am affiliated with."
