"I have used this company for more than 7 years. My businesses have spent over $10,000 with this company and I will never ever do business with them again.
These pens are obviously wrong and they refuse to make them right. They will not return them and make new ones. Instead they say because I got a discount I should be happy and if I want new pens “that are right” they will give me a $50 credit.
Did I mention that I ordered them on May 29th and it is July 9th. They told me they would be ready on June 6th. I called on the 10th of June to be told they would be there on the 12th and I would get 15% off. I got 10% and had to call again on the 15th. Still no pens. I did not get the pens till the 24th. I immediately called to get new pens and after dealing with emails and calls. I finally got a person to say. “We will not make this right”. If you want new pens then order new ones. Manager by the name of Tatiana.
So I am so disappointed and angry. I have spent close to 15 hours of my life trying to get this right."
