"First batch of pint glasses arrived and were a real disappointment as the logo was incomplete in many places. But Customer Service stepped up and agreed that the quality of the logo in the picture I sent was not up to their standards. The replacement order arrived quickly and the logo reproduction was perfect on all 12 glasses. Our club logo is very detailed and there was not a line missing or faint. The color was dead-on.
