"Being a 50-something year old male, I never had heard of Dolls Kill until recently. However, a MUCH younger family friend is a regular customer/big fan, so when I went to pick out a birthday gift for her I first checked DK's online customer ratings (which are stellar, particularly given that people generally bother to post only when they are NOT happy!) and then went the e-gift card route. Like me the squares at Chase Bank apparently weren't familiar with DK, so they kept rejecting my CC charge! DK alerted me to that issue by email within minutes of the order (at around 4:20 AM Eastern!), so wanting to make sure that all would be OK with the gift I hit Return on that email. Despite them being on Pacific time, within only 7 hours I got an email from Elisa at DK. To say that she was helpful would be a real understatement. Elisa not only solved the problem STAT, but also was so kind, cheerful and humorous during our exchange of several more emails that she lifted my spirits during what otherwise had been a rotten day, and quite literally managed to turn my frown upside down! I have dealt with countless customer service functions over the decades, but have had nothing even close to this fantastic of an experience. It is VERY rare to find someone who can be so cool, chic, friendly and funny yet still be able to handle their biz so professionally and solve others' problems so quickly and expertly, but Elisa definitely has that TOTALLY down! I don't know what her exact job title or salary is, but Elisa is a REAL asset to DK, assuredly deserves a raise, and has the very valuable and rare knack of being able (and via email alone!) to take someone like me who has never heard of DK and instantly make me a huge fan, promoter and definite return customer. I sincerely hope that she is regarded and valued just as super-highly by DK as she now is by me, and I can attest from countless experiences with it that the customer world would be a MUCH better place if there were a whole lot more Elisas out there. "I see ads for Dolls Kill all of the time but never ordered. I found a pair of boots that were sold out in my size everywhere else so I ordered from them. I couldn’t get access to my email for my order information and called and had the info emailed to another address. Their text feature is great, too, so I could get my tracking number! The shoes came SUPER quick, with only $5 shipping. I ordered on a Friday and they came on a Tuesday. I’ll definitely not be so hesitant to order from them in the future!! Thank you!! Xoxo "
