"I’ve been a (religious) dolls kill shopper for the past 4 years I would say. Always had quick shipping quick responses from customer service but I’ve never returned anything from an online store before until now. I’ve always been so nervous to do so due to bad experiences in the past with other online stores. Dolls Kill made it super helpful and easy to start a return and send everything back with ease. They provide the shipping label (not sure if that’s mandatory for every online shop) but again this is the first time in a while where I decided to return some items that didn’t fit or I just didn’t like the way they looked on me. All I had to do was pick everything up and drop the invoices and return slips (they email those to you, just have to print) all I needed was a box and UPS sells some for a pretty good deal and that’s it. They pack it up if needed and you’re good to go. Then they issue your store credit a couple of says later! The return shipping is pretty quick also. Thanks DK again. "When I went to order I couldn't change my shipping address and it was too late! My order was already submitted. In a panic I called and emailed to get it resolved because now my order was being shipped to California and I live in Texas. Yikes!! It was outside of business hours and I feared my order would already be processed by the warehouse. At 1am I got a responce email from customer service and Marivic had resolved my issue. Now my order is being shipped to me and I cant wait! Marivic was so nice and very helpful in resolving this issue for me. "
