"I made the stupid mistake of mixing up UK/US sizes and ordered the COMPLETE wrong size in my dream shoes! :-( The customer service rep I emailed back and forth with was SO HELPFUL! They tried their hardest to track down the item before it shipped to cancel it for me but when they weren’t able to, they told me to just send them right back and they would honor my store credit so I could get the shoes sooner :,) I was always responded to in a timely fashion with wonderful service and kindness. "I was sent the wrong shoe size, as the box was mislabelled. I had bought the shoes during a buy one get one 50% off deal and my product did not match my receipt so I was worried about a refund or exchange. Unfourtunately they sold out of my size in those shoes, but Sam issued me a full refund for the shoes (not at the sale price but for the full price) and let me keep the shoes without having to worry about shipping them back. I am very impressed at how this was handled and will continue to shop at Dolls Kill. I'm sad I didn't receive the shoes I wanted but I think they did the best they could considering the circumstances. "

If the fit isn't quite right, or if something is wrong with the product, there is a very easy return/refund process in which you can receive store credit. The Accessories are fire, too! "

"They don’t offer refunds for returns, only store credit. But they allow you to track your refund, and say that you’ll get your store credit within 7 days of receipt, so you kind of know when to expect it. For my last return, I hadn’t received the credit and it had been 2 weeks since my return showed as “received” by them. So I reached out to the support email, and within a few hours I got a response saying the credit had been added to my account."
