"I returned some items I changed my mind about to Dolls Kill from Singapore around mid December. A couple days into January I hadn't heard back yet, I assumed because of the Christmas and New Years rush. I was worried because the return policy is 30 days, so I sent an email asking if they'd received my returned package. Sooner than I expected, I got a reply the very next day letting me know they received the items and added the store credit into my account. I was so happy! The response was so quick and the customer service was so friendly! :D
Just a bit of feedback regarding the items I returned; the pictures on the website are very light/bright, so some of the items appear to be a lighter color than they actually are in real life. I saw something I thought was white but reading the description they provided informed me it was actually pale pink, and when I bought it, it was clearly pink in person whereas it really looked white online. Some pastel colored items I ordered looked darker/more saturated in person as well. Some I wasn't too bothered with so I kept them, but I returned the others. "
"I must say that I’m very upset with dolls kill I ordered a wallet and a pair of earrings about a year a go which I never received cause they claimed that it got lost in the mail I got a $20 store credit which is cool but ..let’s fast forward to a year later I received a package from them which contained a pair of earrings,lingerie,dress 2 belts and a swimsuit and a 2peice crop top high waisted skirt set which added up to $53 ($75 would have been the price if I didn’t have store credit) and let’s just say that the clothing was very cheap the dress was really short and too tight the belts were cute but designed horribly the lingerie was to big as if it was stretched out but I can grow into in the swimsuit was also extremely small even for me and I’m a XS and the matching set was also small but it looks great on me and I can also make it work I’m just thankful for the store credit and the fact that all my items was on sale cause if not I would have been **** **** "

It has a wide range of quirky and cool clothing, accessories, shoes and more that are great for pretty much all occasions. The customer service and personality of dollskill in general is welcoming, helpful and kind. All issues I have had have been resolved quickly and easily, just a few emails and you’re sorted. I recommend dollskill almost on the daily it’s the only site I’ve found which holds so many different styles and tastes at such high quality with quick shipping. I live in Australia and I have received my pacakages quick and on time every time (bar one incident which was quickly resolved). I have a little bit of trouble finding stuff that actually fits, which is no fault of DollsKill of course.
