"I ordered items and chose "Flat Rate Shipping". ***BIG mistake***. They use this to their advantage. I inquired about a partial shipment's tracking information not being updated, no answer on that. Per DHL, the shipment left Jamaca, NY on 10/9/16 and still has not arrived in the north eastern suburbs of Philadelphia as of 10/17/16. The response was "We know your worries but you choose the flat rate shipping, for more details:http://www.dresslily.com/m-article-id-39.htm". How about where is the updated tracking info on the items they sent already?
When inquiring about my back ordered items on two different occasions, I was first told it would ship out Oct 23rd, 2016, today I read "we expect to ship that out Oct 28th, 2016".
I asked for a refund, I'm told I can "wait a little longer", or "pick something else & have the difference refunded". The point is, I've been waiting, inquiring, getting mixed answers, reading reviews that people didn't get their product or refund, no updated tracking info, and at this point - I'd rather have my money back so I may purchase elsewhere and have the product in my hands sooner with less mixed messages, or at least a straight answer."

"As many of us I started reading reviews for DressLily after I ordered a dress. I am in the UK and I ordered it on the 29/09 and got it today (07/10)! Bam! The item arrived to me by post, so I didn't have to pay any customs what so ever. The dress if of a good quality. I am size 12-14 and XL is just right for me (tiny bit loose, but I don't mind). So the measurements did fit quite like it was mentioned! I definitely will be wearing it! I might be one of the lucky girls.. or maybe the company itself decided to do something about their reviews. Not sure. I might order another dress sometime if I like the design. Just to mention I ordered a black one.. so couldn't get wrong with the colour!"

"I ordered two dresses in the size I wear here. I misread the chart for US. Not sure if it will be better to order new dresses because the shipping costs and time to receive new items might surpass the money and time if I were to re-order (according to the guidelines). Once I get the right size I know I will love the dresses.
I didn't like the fact that the only way you could chat was "Pre-order". Also, I couldn't remember the exact date I purchased but the dresses got here fairly quick considering they were coming from China."
