"Very please with the items I ordered. Due to the holiday there was a delay in receiving some of the items placed; completely understandable. Customer service kept me abreast of the status of my order; as well as providing me with an option to continue to wait or to request a refund on the items which I have not received. Yes, I waited an additional week and was pleased with the products. Yes, will order from Dresslily again.

What i like the moust is that even that i choose standard shipping i always receive the packages in great condition even without tracking number. The shipping time is great (i was waiting on other websites even 2 months) and items are verry cheap to good quality. I recomend."

I have complained once and got a response with an automated computer generated response about standard shipping times. They have been no help. please save yourself time and do not order. "I'll never order from DressLily again. I can't rate the product quality because I've not received it. I'm in the third week waiting and they have not shipped even after contacting customer service. They had two items on back order even though the web site shows them shipping in 3 days and weren't even going to tell me that the order was not going to ship until 5 days after Christmas. Customer service told me a week ago that the items that were in stock can ship separately and I'd have the tracking info with in a couple of days... a week later and my order still hasn't shipped."
"I paid for expedited shipping but the shipping partner said they only had it marked as standard and there was no was to change it and I would need to contact Dresslily. I have put in many requests to ship the blazer I need in time for my Christmas Party December 17th but nobody seems to care. I tell them to call me and they never do and there is no phone # for me to call. Very disappointed unless my blazer gets here by the 17th which the shipping company says it wont unless dresslily changes the status. I paid for expedited shipping November 24th and most likely won't get it spoiling my Christmas outfit I wanted to wear to present awards. "

Still got the error message. I thought maybe the site was having problems, so I tired again a week later. Same error message.

"Not quite sure how I feel about the company yet. To be honest, had I read these reviews first, I may not have ordered from them. Here is my experience so for with DressLily.com...I placed my order for 3 dresses on November 28th and paid for Expedited Shipping. My 1 order was split into 2 different orders. According to the dresslily.com website, DressLily partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, IB, and EMS to offer three shipping methods - Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days. It has been 9 business days and the tracking update for one part of my order says "awaiting international flight-airline inspection" dated December 4th while the tracking update for the other part of my order says "dispatched from distribution center" dated December 7th. I was hoping to have these dresses for holiday parties on the 16th, 17th and 22nd of December. I selected Expedited (3-7 business days) Shipping knowing my events were 14 business days away from my original order date...giving me plenty of time to receive the dresses, check fit and order something different if needed...we are now 4 business days away from my events and I have no dresses. I emailed customer service this morning asking for an update...thus far I have only received auto responses from the company...no real updates on when I will receive my dresses."
