"Ordered some gloves and a scarf at the beginning of October before I read reviews. After reading a lot of complaints, I started tracking my items once they shipped. Tracking followed it to the US Customs and it took a long time to leave there. However, received my package today. All was exactly as I had ordered so no complaints there. Shipping time being faster would be nice, but coming from overseas, not sure how much of that can be improved. Seemed like the time it sat it customs was a long time. Plus not able to track once it reached the states. Would order from there again, just knowing I need to do it in plenty of time to receive the item. Website does say can take up to 30 days, which was about the right amount of time!"
"I placed an order with Dress LIly for a Halloween themed shirt. It was supposedly shipped out on Oct. 3, maybe I will get this Halloween shirt in time for Christmas wear. I contacted customer service and they did nothing but tell me what I already know, "your package was shipped" on OCt. 3. Today is Nov. 10 and no updates, no product.

"Watch those confirmations - First their glitchy website added an extra copy of a blouse. THEN they tacked on an EXTRA $6 AFTER authorization of amount on paypal. When I emailed them about the discrepancy - including a screenshot of the paypal authorization screen with the correct amount, they said too bad so sad "Do you have proof that was the order?" Then, by the way, we "already shipped the duplicate blouses, but the other things you ordered on on backorder." What a scammy bunch!!"

"I like shopping online because I like the fact that I can skip lines at the shopping centers, so said that, I am always shopping around the web. I came across this site via Facebook ADS, but MY GOD, WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE have I had since I been trying to buy just TWO dresses.
First, the payment issue... I tried using my card and for some reason, it kept saying "Error Code:430285" tried googling it to see if it was my bank but is just an internal error on their behalf since when I submitted a ticker about said issue, their answer was "we will need to send a link since this is an international purchase"...... INTERNATIONAL?!?!?!!!! they are a UNITED STATES BASED company IN CALIFORNIA.... same state that I am mind you. Then I use my husband's credit card and I finally get it to work.... then I get a REFUND EMAIL!!! out of the blue!!!! I never asked for a refund and these people are automatically doing so. I have never in my life have I experience such a site that has zero f***s about customer service and how to deal with such. Please, don't spend your dollars in this site and just keep looking at other sites that will have a WORKING SITE rather than a facade for scam."
