"I placed an order on November 9th for two items. One has been received and it has been impossible to get a straight answer about my second item. This was my first and most definitely last order from this company. My credit card was charged for both items."
"I ordered dresses for Thanksgiving. Paid extra for the 6-8 day shipping. Two weeks later, Thanksgiving is past and I've heard nothing and my order still says: processing. Contact customer service and get told everything is backordered and maybe will ship in the next two weeks. I ask for a refund of the expedited shipping they say, 'sure, but that will extend your time.' So, I have no dresses, no prospects, and no helpful customer service. Don't order. Cheap merchandise isn't worth this kind of service."
