"I've purchased about $1000 worth of clothing and other stuff from DressLily over the past half year.
Every product I've purchased I'm satisfied with, they were accurate to the picture displayed on the site,
and came in good quality condition. I've purchased everything from pants, to shirts, outerwear, and accessories.
Honestly the only thing I didn't like as much was a certain trench coat, which happened to smell like dust and was a size too small.
So the refund process was simple, although a bit time consuming due to being split across the world. I'm in Canada, they're in China, so every e-mail I sent would be replied to the following morning for me. But nonetheless, all my inquiries were handled
professionally, and with care. I was able to actually build a solid relationship with the Customer Service team, as they are
dedicated to customer satisfaction and went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
I'll be continuing to buy stuff from this online retailer, but for anyone just shopping for the first time,
I would advise you to take your own responsibility when it comes to measurements, so you don't order sizes too small.
You'll be happy with the purchase, but if you have to ship it to like China for a size exchange, that'll always be a headache.

"I received one out of three items and when I contacted them it took several days to get back to me to let me know it was my fault the package was lost! They would re send for half price .. I think not !!!"

"I ordered 7 dresses, hoping 1 or 2 might work; every single one of them was constructed wrong. Uneven necklines, bunched material where it was supposed to be smooth, 2 dresses with zippers too short (so even fully open they won't go over the bust or hip measurement for that size, leaving no way to get it on), anatomically impossible measurements (38" bust with only 12" shoulder to shoulder), dresses with busts not even close to the stated measurements for the size. (see pictures) I only asked that they pay the return shipping because the problems were completely their fault. They refused and then agreed and then refused again. I ended up having to pay to ship them back. Their quote, "Customer satisfaction is always our top priority: we are always extremely happy to provide the very best support to customers" is completely false. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes, and won't as long as they get away with it."

wish i would have read reviews about this company first!!! it's funny how many people NEVER get their items!! they must make tons of money stealing from consumers!!! my blouses were mailed on 3/8/17...today is 4/4/17 ... never got them! of course there is NO tracking #....glad i could get my money back from my credit card company!!! "I placed an order on December 31. According to the tracking, the item reached New York on January 10, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and was told to give it until February 28. It still had not arrived on March 10 so I contacted customer service again. Their response? So sorry, but I did not purchase insurance so here are my choices: order the item again and pay only 50% of the cost, take a 50% store credit, or take a 50% refund on my credit card. The item was only $10 so I didn't lose much, but that's beside the point. The shipper's loss should not cost me. I will never order from this company again."
"It has been over two months and I have not received my item. First their website item shipped and in transit. Next it said it could not give a status. Now it says item received. I wrote to Dresslilly and they asked for all the reference information that I already gave them."
"Last year for my sisters birthday (2016) I ordered some clothing and accessories from this company. My sister never got any of her gifts. Part of the order was not even able to be shipped because they said that they were out of the product *keep in mind their website was in stock of the merchandise when I purchased it*. The other portion of the order was sent back to the company, they said it was never delivered. They gave me my money back, but they placed it in their "mywallet" so I had to use the money on their site. Well I was willing to give them another chance, so I went back on their site and found some different items to order. Long story short after going back and forth with them and now its almost been a year and I still have not received any merchandise from this company at all. I have made 6 orders and have got nothing from them except frustration and wasted time. They only contact me late at night and their online chat does not work. They are an overseas company from somewhere in China so that's why their products seem very cheaply priced. That's how they sucker you in to do business with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Save yourself the headache and just buy on amazon or pay full price at retails stores. "
"I ordered an ugly Christmas sweater shirt at the beginning of December. I paid through paypal which has a sketchy paypal account email. Dress Lily does NOT provide tracking info to the delivery address, only through an international system that says "Arrived at US Customs".
I contacted them towards the end of January after waiting 6 weeks, and they told me to wait another 2 weeks for the item to arrive. Again I contacted them and told them it didn't arrive, and they asked me to check with my post office and verify my address. After 90 days of not receiving the item they still refuse to issue me a refund and now I've disputed the payment with Paypal.
Everyone should avoid this company like the plague!"
"I placed an order for three shirts. They sent two in one shipment via trackable method and the other via untrackable method. It was beyond my control how the items were shipped. However, when I did not receive the shirt sent untrackable method, I never received the shirt. I have been informed that I can pay 50% of the cost of the shirt and they will re-send it...NO THANKYOU!! Or they will give me a 40% credit...again...NO THANK YOU!! I was informed that it was my responsibility to purchase insurance for the item. Needless to say, I will get my money back nor will I get the shirt. Will NEVER order from them again!!"
