"I ordered two things from this website. One of them was the wrong part. Although I searched for specific parts for the year/make/model of my car, one of the parts I got was the wrong one. It is very deceiving how they list different parts to your "specific" search, when in reality only one or two parts will be the appropiate one for your car. It is impossible to return! If need to return; you need to call to get a Return Authorization, pay for returning fees, plus a 20% re-stocking fee. If you want to actually replace the right part from them, you would need to place a totally new order and once again pay for shipping & handling. Total rip off and not customer friendly. I am never buying from this website again!!! "
