Their prices are very comparable and competitive. They shine when it comes to shipping. I was adding two drum brakes, shoes, hardware kit and front brake pads to my carts at both web sites--RockAuto's shipping charges jumped to ~$55. DriveWire cost ~$25. The obvious choice was DriveWire. Similar to RockAuto, they shipped items separately, but they all came in a timely manner.

Since I'm stupid and didn't know whether shoes, drums and kits come as singles or axle sets, I fired up DriveWire's online support and a “Fredd” showed up and assisted me in picking the right item quantities. It was as simple as him sending me a quote number, which I input at their site and my cart is ready. I then continued adding other items. Very convenient!

"So after ordering a part, due to a "system Glitch" my order was never processed but had been PIF by Paypal.

So after the first phone call and waiting on hold for over an hour repeated times i finally got someone to acknowledge that i had indeed payed and they would get it corrected.

After waiting a week i still hadnt receieved a tracking number???

So i call again to be placed on hold for another hour, and nobody having any history of my last phone conversation, or them correcting the error....

So once again i am here being promised my order will be fixed and apologies for the delay but still waiting for a part i have paid for going on 3 weeks now!

I have ordered other parts from Drivewire.comwith no problems and quick shipping but really hope they get the issue resolved quickly.

One BIG factory for me to discontinue shopping with them is the overseas customer service which seriously lacks.

Ive seen the CEO chime in and comment looking into other peoples problems i hope he can get mine resolved as well.

When an item was added to the cart and "continue shopping" was selected, the site navigates back to the beginning rather than the previous product page and forces the customer to input vehicle search options all over again.
