"I do not trust these people at all! It was a real run around trying to get my refund for the starter core I returned.
I got sick of the cut off calls; the brief promises that something would be done; the ignored emails; terrible service unless actually buying something.
I found out the intermediary company who got my starter core credited Drivewire the day after they received it from me. Drivewire still had not credited my Visa over 6 weeks later. That's when I started to get really fed up.
I started to research the company and also threatened to go to the state Attorney General's office, file complaints with Visa, USPS, UPS, and small claims court. I even tried to locate the company and they don't even have their correct address on their website!!! Is this a scam or what???
Finally I found out who the owner of the company is and when I asked for him the whole tune changed AND I got my refund within a day.
I will never order from these people again, as this whole experience just seemed really fishy and weird. My take is, that they delay paying you back for so long they hope the average over-busy person will just plain forget. Then they keep the money! That is my suspicion as why else in this "instant" age delay for that long???

We have only one issue that we agreed with them to send us a return shipping sticker, but unfortunately we didn't got it, and they are saying we need to pay the shipping to get our return funds.

So please we need to report that and if this will be the case we will definitely return the item back and cancel the order.

The shipping and delivery is FAST - so if you have no problems or CORE you are good!

I ordered brake calipers and $55 CORE return per caliper ($110). It is December and since June I've called about 2x per month and told:
. We process returns at the end of the month
. I'll check with vendor and call you back
. Transfer to ext 9316 which is always voice mail
. Phone disconnects immediately after waiting 20 minutes on hold

I prefer an honest vendor vs. one that waste my time. Just state the REAL status of my $110 as I did everything correctly (acknowledged by Joseph & Carl) but still no refund.

As a result of the above I paid more than double the price for the brake calipers elsewhere and probably more than dealer stock. I'll shop elsewhere."
