"Ordered gas cap for my Mercedes C230 with ground shipping. I received it two days later, in perfect condition. It is installed and working fine. My concern with drivewire.com is that after placing the order, I looked around the web for other options. Every other place I checked offered the same gas cap for less money. Congrats to drivewire's webmaster for getting them to pop up first at google.com. I sent an email to customer service asking if they match prices. I never received a response. I also called customer service and talked to them. They told me it was too late to cancel my order and I would need to talk to the CS manager who was not in the office. Suggested I send an email. Since I had already sent an email, I didn't think a 2nd email would accomplish anything. Maybe I should have sent it anyway. next time, I will look for other options before ordering from Drivewire.com"

"Ordered a radiator in February 2009, web site listed it in stock. It wasn't, It came from back east and would take 5 days. I ordered a second to be shipped next day. Got an RMA to return the first radiator after it arrived. Shipped it to warehouse labeled with RMA and my return shipping address as per their instructions. Waited the 30 days for refund. Never happened.. It took 3 months to get an answer as to what happened, they "Can't Find It". It's now December 8, 2009 and no one has responded as to the outcome... After many calls & email requests for an answer... My suggestion. Use someone else... They are unresponsive, irresponsible opportunists... No sense of customer service.... I'm out $ 400.00 and can't get an answer....

"There is something wrong with your online ordering system. When I placed my order, I put it on a credit card. It asked me for my billing address. I entered my Massachusetts address associated with the card which is different than the shipping address in Florida. The system changed my shipping address to Massachusetts. I didn't realize this until I got your email conformation. It took 4 or 5 phone calls to get this straightened out. I have received my order but I now have two identical charges on my credit card. It has been promised that this also will be fixed. Customer Support have been helpfull but the overall experience has been anything but pleasant. "

"I ordered two Oxygen sensors from this company on Sept. 28 (a.m.) because they guaranteed next day air. We needed the parts THE NEXT DAY. I confirmed the next day shipping with someone on the phone, and through their online Chat service. Luckily,I saved the chat log. Next day - no parts. I called and was put on hold forever, called back, same thing. Finally got a rude man on the line. He blamed UPS. The parts arrived two days later, after we'd already bought them from a dealership. In order to return them, I had to get an RMA number from the company. Ok, got that on the 30th and shipped them back on Oct. 9 with insurance and tracking. Called the company a week later and after once again having trouble getting through, I got another rude man on the phone. He stated that I'd have to wait 1 month for my $219 back, and then I'd only get part of it. I told him that his company had not fulfilled their part of the bargain and therefore I wanted a full refund. His response was to hang up on me. I was so stunned that I called my bank and they're pursuing a fraud claim against this company, but here's some advice: DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVEWIRE. If, for some reason, you choose not to take this advise, here's some additional advice: SAVE EVERYTHING. Every receipt, ever chat log, and record yor phone calls. You're gonna need it to get your money back.
