"Order came much earlier then expected. I had to call Bosch to confirm the part number for my vehicle (Volkswagen Jetta GLI 2007) since it was different from the BOSCH website. Part appears to be in good working condition (no visable cracks or bent electrodes). Yet the package box came dented (maybe from UPS) and 3 out of the 4 spark plug boxes were open. Some were even out of the boxes themselves. Probably will be a good idea to place the fragile parts BETWEEN the air cushions not on top of it as I received. Overall I was impressed with the customer service department and the very very good price. If there are no issues with plugs (if my engine doesn't blow a gasket)I would come back and refer drivewire.com to all of my friends and families. Thanks."

I ordered a set of parking brake shoes specified for my car. I received what I ordered, but they didn't fit my car. I reordered a replacement set, completed an RMA and shipped the incorrect parts back right away.
