"I was very disappointed in drivewire. I submitted an order for brake pads and a lower suspension arm. The brake pads were delivered on time , however I still have not received the lower suspension arm. I called over two weeks ago and they said that it would be delivered on the next Friday. It never showed up. I waited until this past tuesday and called back. They checked on the part and said that it was going to be delivered on this monday. I will wait to see. It is unfortunate that they are dishonest as I was happy with the turn around on the Brakes. The suspension arm was ordered the same time as the Brakes with no explanation that it was going to be late or that it was being sent from somewhere else. Had they explained what was going on I would have shopped with them in the future. Now I will find another internet site for auto parts.

This is a reply to your response. I still have not received the control arm. I find it very odd that I receive all of your e-mails with the exception of the one that states it is out of stock. Another thing I find odd is the fact that I called up and asked about the part and they told me that it was shipping from the east coast and would be here two fridays ago. Had i been informed that it was out of stock at that time I would not have been disappointed with the service, these things happen. The disappointing thing is that the person I spoke to either lied to me or you have a very poor tracking system on your supplies. Had I not called I wonder if this mistake would have ever been noticed. It is now Monday at 4:17 and the part has not arrive.

All I ask for is fair price and honesty. Is that to much to ask for today. "
