"Ordered Oxylent 30-ct Variety Pack and received it in four days with free shipping. Item was in shrinkwrapped and looked like I could have pulled it off the shelf. I did not appreciate their "offer" page at the end of the ordering process — that did seem cheap and was a bit off-putting, but it is optional."
"I specifically ordered an item they had advertised as a Buy One/Get One free promo (Stayfree Pads). Interestingly enough, I did receive ONE, but was told the other was back ordered (yeah, right!) but I was still charged full price. I highly doubt I will ever see the free one. I think this is a scam, as they are notorious for not honoring their specials. I will no longer be ordering from them."

"(1) Fake product: BeautyLash MD that i've ordered a) did not match the picture provided b) is a fake product: the tube itself does not have the (TM) or (R) stamp. I have ordered Nutraluxe products from amazon and from the Nutraluxe themselves many times before and I've never experienced this issue. It is not a genuine product that drugstore.com is selling!
(2) Item never arrived - the auto-correction system removed apt letter from my address. As a result i never got my order. Customer service was nice to re-send the product, but turned out is was a fake - should have gotten the money back (see above)
(3) Never got restaurant.com gift card either"

I had a problem with an order where I was short 1 item.
I called customer service and I was SO HAPPY when I spoke to an actual person within 15 seconds of placing the call!! This is a real rarity today!
The person who helped me was very helpful and it was nice that it sounded like I was talking to someone in the US and not on the other side of the world!
Keep up the good work, it is really appreciated and when buying something (if the prices are the same) i will buy from nowhere else!!

"UPDATE: After complaining to them via spam emails i get from them, they added store credit to my account so i can repurchase the order. It is still on backorder but i am waiting patiently now. I guess their website automatically cancels your order after 30 days if it is undelivered.
Ordered two things from this company. Energy supplements and 'La Vie Pastellines' (hard candy). First they just sent the energy supplements and said the candy is on backorder. After a month of waiting they just cancelled the order without any reason. I mean seriously? They cannot fall through on simple orders as you can see from the review below. I would recommend using another site."
