"DO NOT USE PAYPAL FOR THIS SITE. (Or any other money if you know whats good for you) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed my FIRST and LAST order on drugstore.com today. Like many other customers on this site, I wanted some deals.
When I placed the order, and paid through paypal, the drugstore.com site used my paypal address and OVERWROTE the original address for shipping. An address that we no longer live at! (we recently moved via the military).
Literally a minute later, I contacted Drugstore.com immediately, by email and phone. AND attempted to cancel the order directly through the site. Apparently, they could not change the shipping address THEY'RE SITE PLACED OR even cancel the order because it had already been processed!?!?
So, apparently in those 3 minutes, before it had even charged my account, they fulfilled my order? 7am on a Sunday??? REALLY? There response "THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOU."
That was the polite BLOW OFF, as in, we won't be helping you with this solve your own problem. When I replied, they no longer answered my emails and proceeded to put me on hold for 30 minutes until the line disconnected!!! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE."

"This company is totally unbelievably TERRIBLE. Do NOT attempt to use this company under ANY circumstances. I set up my account profile on drugstore.com - placed an order. I called a week later after I had not rec'd a confirmation email - they didn't even have my order in process. They attempted to "verify coverage" with my insurance company but somehow that got screwed up b/c they actually BILLED my insurance company but didn't fill the order. THEY got paid but I didn't get my meds. I straightened that out and placed another order by phone (they said they were working out online issues since bioscript had merged with drugstoreonline). Again - nightmare from hell. Same problem - they assured me I would have my meds in 10 days. No meds - order hasn't even been processed. Insurance company says they paid for it but drugstore.com hasn't filled it. This company is a ripoff and not worth ordering from under ANY circumstances!"
"I haven't had any problems, though their prices aren't usually good enough to take me there very often. But they had some FSA qualified items in stock that I wanted in order to burn through the last of my FSA. All items arrived in good enough time in perfect condition."

"I started out the day with an issue, and ended up a very happy customer.
I LOVE method cleaning products (actually, those of us who are "against dirty" lust for them, LOL). So, I ordered 4 All-Purpose Cleaners, 2 Hand Soap plus refill kits, 2 Squeeky Green Dryer Sheets (plus a couple other things non-method items) and was taken to drugstore.com. Placed my order (that was on Wednesday, 23 March) and it arrived this morning.
Unfortunately it was in a too big box without adequate padding and one of the Hand Soap dispensers and one of the All-Purpose Cleaners arrived with broken tops (rendering them unusable).
I emailed them, sent photos and asked what they were going to do about it, around noon today. I requested a replacement of the 2 items, or a refund for them. They didn't do that.
They emailed me, right away, and then called me personally, about an hour ago, and are going to re-ship the entire order PLUS issue a refund for half of my orignal $53.00 purchase. To say I was blown away would be an understatement (my expectations have been lowered by some less than pleasant other transactions, recently).
The products themselves are simply outstanding, but the lengths that drugstore.com went to, to right a wrong, are what make me a permanent and loyal customer, and I'm happy to add them to my list of vendors who I'll purchase from on a regular basis.
I highly recommend them; they're simply outstanding, IMHO.
I, too, am perplexed by all the low ratings because that isn't my experience, even though my items arrived damaged. They called me within hours of my email to them (I also copied the manufacturer, who make the method products. They're also really awesome people) and are fixing the problem, as we speak.
That's good enough for me, and I will purchase from them again.

I returned an item that we decided we did not want. Their policy says that they take 30 days to process a refund. I waited over 45 days and they still did not process a credit to my credit card. I had to email them multiple times before they issued a credit.
I find this to be a deceptive business practice and I can not recommend drugstore.com."

but there was one broken bottle (bottom) and so it was empty.
I send them a mail including 2 picture´s so they can see the bottle was still sealed and they could see the dammage.
Then the returned me a mail where they say that they can not send me a new bollte due to security isseus...
But they will refund me the costs of that bottle.

I only know that if I do this i will have to pay again 15,38 euro for shiping.... Because i´m from the Netherlands.
So I asked to explain me why.. but got only same answer over and over again.
I ask them to send me a new bottle.
I ask if they would pay 50% of the shiping , and i would order a new bottle and some more products.
I asked if they maybe could come up with some coupons so the shiping cost would not be so high.

Well if I may say i dont think this company has a good customer service, else they would sent a new bottle, or atlease come up with a
solution to share the costs. to sent a new one (while it was there bad pakkaging why the bottle broke )
