The odd part is, the first order had issues but, the second order went through just fine. It was actually shipped right away. When I called their customer service, all the rep can tell me is that the $10 discount is not going to apply anymore should I use another card to re-order. If I had known they will process my order this way, I will not place any order at all. I was hoping the item can at least get here before New Year's. I will just go and buy it from Macy's. This proved to be too cheap to be true. Lesson learned!
I will see what the items on the shipping look like when I receive it, if I do receive it.

My order was placed - with 2-day delivery "guaranteed" - on Dec. 21, so I was looking forward to having the gifts I ordered in plenty of time to get them under the tree. A label was generated on the 21st, but my shipment never went out until Dec. 23, the day I was supposed to receive it. I asked about rush delivery for Saturday, but they are completely unable to do this. DRUGSTORE.COM IS UNABLE TO DELIVER ON SATURDAYS BECAUSE THEY USE ONLY UPS. They also use the US Postal Service, but not for overnight. I plan to refuse the order when it gets here three days after Christmas and get my money back. I'm ordering from Amazon from now on."
"I will NEVER order from drugstore.com again. I placed an order for 2 items-adult Creomulsion and children's Creomulsion. After the order went through, they sent an e-mail that the children's item was unavailable. It is now days later, and I have received no details other than they are "working on it." If the item was out-of-stock, then the website should have communicated that to me during the ordering process. This is the 21st century, and supply chain management is advanced enough to allow a website to post when a product is out-of-stock in advance. This would have allowed me to make an informed decision. I just called today to cancel that part of the order, and they are unable to provide a confirmation number for cancellation or estimated completion of the cancellation transaction. Not my type of merchant at all. Never again."

"I ordered a 10ml vial advertised for $100.99, after receiving numerous call stating they were waiting for info from my doctor. I called to try and resolve whtever was holding back the item. I was informed that they could only send 5ml due to NY state law(not a problem) but the wanted $115+ for 5ml I cancelled the order Nov 30th 14 days after initial order, and requested my scipt be returned as I was already past my dosage date. I waited 7 days for the script, when nothing came I called Bioscrip to ask how they sent out my script only to find out they STILL had it. I demanded they return my script overnight only to be told I will put that request in. Why wasn't my script returned immediatley? stay away from this company very poor customer service"

"Wow...I'm pretty surprised at the poor ratings here. I've just received my 2nd drugstore.com order and because of how blown away I was at shipping speed I figured I'd hop online and throw a good review their way. I had no problems with my first order from drugstore.com. I believe I only ordered 2 things that time but my order came promptly with no errors. This time I ordered on cyber monday (11/28/11) and received my order today (11/30/11). I was actually very surprised to see a package on my doorstep since I ordered all my stuff on Cyber Monday and figured most places would be a little backed up with the holiday shoppers. Everything I ordered was neatly packaged (although no packing was used but it was all fit in like a puzzle with little room for items to move around), nothing missing, nothing broken.
I've never had any issues with my orders so I've never had to contact customer service so I can't speak on that. Some things I like about drugstore.com (other than their incredibly fast shipping) is that they do free shipping on orders over $25 and they have a 5% back program where you get 5% back on every order as drugstore.com dollars to put towards your next purchase with them. Also, I use ebates (check them out if you order online a lot like me) and they will give you another percentage back with drugstore.com (it was 12% back on cyber monday but I don't recall what their normal percentage is...maybe 6?).
But yeah...I got free shipping AND got my order within 2 days of placing the order (at 11PM too, btw). No complaints here. Would order from them again. "
