"My last order was absolutely horrible! I first noticed there was a problem when my order never came after 2 weeks. When I called Drvita they suggested I call UPS. Upon calling UPS they suggested I call Drvita because they NEVER shipped any package. WOW! Meanwhile my credit card is charged and I still have NO product! I was told by Drvita that the warehouse would be calling me to resolve this however after 3 days and still NO return call, I called Drvita again only to cancel my order because they could not help me! No reorder because "they can't." I didn't even get offered anything for my waste of time or transaction of money. Yeah, you need to beef up your customer service big time! I'm highly disappointed with Drvita! They definately did NOT go out of their way for me nor did they take the time to fix the problem! I'm certain I would stil be waiting for that return phone call."

"Drvita.com doesn't seem to know how to run a business. They sell things they do not have in stock and weeks later cancel your order. Then you have to fight to get a refund. Be sure to use a credit card that will take care of you because Drvita won't. "

"The products are affordable, however it takes way too long to receive status on your order and on all my orders they were not shipped until at least 1 week after the order date. On my newest order I still don't have any status and its been 9 days since I placed the order. If the orders were processed faster and delivered within a reasonable amount of time it would be a great experience, but since its not I can't recommend to friends."

"I have an order with them placed on 30 December 2012 that's still unfulfilled.
I called up customer service and was told that they couldn't get supply for 1 of the items I ordered.
She was dumbfounded, of course, when I told her that that item was listed as In Stock as we spoke.
She said they would typically cancel an order if they could not fulfill it in about a month (sounding as if that's just a routine thing for them).
But my 30 December 2012 order is now way beyond about a month.
The only saving grace is that my CC has not been charged.

I did check resellerratings.com before placing my 1st order (taking a calculated risk), but that was fulfilled to my satisfaction.
It's my 2nd order with them that saw its recidivism to what many other reviewers complained.
In the mean time, I am waiting out on what'd eventually happen to my 2nd order (just to satisfy my curiosity)."
""MIDNIGHT20" coupon is advertised on the Dr.Vita.com homepage stating "Extra 20 Percent of Any Purchase of $100 or More" yet the code does NOT work and only is rejected with an error message indicating "coupon code expired." If it has expired then it's a false and misleading claim to have the DrVita website and other sites advertise "Extra 20 Percent of Any Purchase of $100. or More." Is there another code since "MIDNIGHT20" is not a functioning code?"
"I used to be a Mother Nature customer and was happy to see it was still around in some shape or form. Drvita's prices are really great but the customer service is awful. I ordered January 7, have had a couple contacts with customer service about my order but they have ignored the last 3 from me. I understand that a product might be out of stock but they should at least contact when it is and if it is going to take longer than the 5-10 days they claim.
Update 2/12/13 - Not only have I still have not received any reply from this company regarding my order placed over 5 weeks ago, they have removed it from the list of orders on my account. What gives with this place? Are they bogus? "
