"I made a few purchases from Duluth over the last few months. Then, one day I decided to provide feedback on something I found frustrating (they would constantly send coupons for out of stock items, and then provide no way to purchase said item). Instead of just saying, "thanks for the feedback" like a normal company, they gave me a nasty response and removed me from the mailing list. So yeah, I can see how things might go astray if I actually did ever have any real problems with my order."
"Pretty much sums it up. After placing the order, and the bank paying them, the company claims not to have the manpower to ship your order in a timely fashion. You can't cancel the order. You can't get a refund. You can't get expedited shipping. 30-45+ minute waits to get to a CSR.
Won't even make that mistake again. NOT worth the hassles."

"I ordered an item on 4/5 that showed available 4/7. That was ok. I figured I'd still have it within a week. Then I get an email that it is backordered to 4/10, so I called trying to switch to a different color that is in stock. Not only can they not make a change to the order because it is in backorder status, they can't even cancel it so I can order from someplace else! What kind of service is this??? I should at least be able to cancel my order. The rep said, well, it should ship Friday, that's not much difference. 3 days is a lot of difference when I expected it to ship by then. And that's not her place to decide what is an acceptable time frame for me. Because I can't control my order between the time it is placed and shipped, I will not order from them again."

"Ordered my pants Dec 23 and after the order was placed and paid for thru PayPal. Noticed immediately the address was for a different address and I called immediately to fix that and I mean working 10 min of the order placed. I was told no problem and it was fixed-WRONG! The order still went to the old address and delivered to a non existing home. I was told by UPS it was left but not accepted lol. CSR tells me no problem and a new order would be sent out immediately and to expect it within the week-NOPE! Called again and got the same run around and waited again and was disappointed again. This time I called and was told pants are not in yet and not expected until Feb 10 and then few days to get the inventory into their system and then they would expedite my order and I will get it by the 15th which I told him there is no way that if you get the inventory in and input to your system I will get it by that day. The CSR agreed but they would do their best. Seriously, this was my first and last time I will order from this company. We have a business and wanted to use these pants for our techs but I will look for a different company that can stand by their word. Never again Duluth will I recommend you to family that live in Wisconsin and Minnesota either."
"I had 2 pair of firehose work pants, they were thick and made entirely of the same material, they lasted 5 years and as I'm in construction that's impressive.
Ordered more thinking they are worth the cost, new firehose pants have a thinner, polyester looking outer layer that is fraying and wearing after a year AND, the new ones have a short zipper,you have to take them down to take a leak. Will not be buying any more of their products. "

"Placed my first order and 2 items i returned because they were just overpriced sports bras. I did not want a refund just an exchange for something else. I went on the site and figured the difference and after 3 weeks of processing the return at duluth the item was no longer on sale and duluth customer service lady was the rudest person. She stated when you do an exchange for a different item you are going to pay full price no matter what the sale price is. This is a crock. I will never shop there again and hope this company soon goes out of business for their unorthodox business practices. I would rather of gave them no stars."
"I ordered 4 Flannel shirts for gifts to my sons all around the US. All but 3 were so oversized as to be unusable. When I called to see if I could exchange (no on line system in place) I was told by Carol that I would have to have my sons return the shirts at their expense and re-order them. When I asked if there was a way for DTC to send a call tag they said not. When I mentioned that these were gifts and I didn’t want them to have to go to any additional expense or inconvenience I was politely told, “sorry”. I recently had knee surgery so could not shop and all of my gifts were bought on line - never again from this company! I just told the boys to wash and dry on hot and Happy Holidays from Duluth Trading Company!"
"Ordered on 12/9, should have been delivered by 12/17. Got email it was out for delivery. It circulated around 4-5 post offices in Detroit area. Finally, I called and they decided to ship same order to my Florida address to have when we got back from Michigan. They did not rush order as you'd expect. It finally showed up 3 days after they said it would be delivered in Florida address. They need to rethink their transportation and logistics."
"Ordered on 12/19 and immediately got a confirmation email. Have received 150 marketing emails in the meantime. Still hasn't shipped as of Christmas day which was when I was hoping to give the gift. Even if it didn't get here in time, knowing that they gave it a go and got it into the mail within 5 days was what I was expecting "
