"ECS Tuning has always been a breeze to order from. On my last order, I had accidentally used my billing address as my shipping address. With just a few clicks, I was instantly chatting with a customer service rep to revise my shipping address. He changed it right on the spot and i received my order a few days later. Super friendly, fast, and great prices!"

"I've used ECS several times in the past few years & I've never really had a problem with them. One thing I will point out is their shipping isn't quite the best & can be improved. Working in an industry that ships a lot of items I know that they are making money hand over fist in this department -- shipping in volume nets you discounts when you ship per month; but it depends on how many packages you ship. It also doesn't quite make sense how their items work -- how can some items be there, but an identical item, slightly different SKU# "be available to ship" in 1-3 days? This makes it a little difficult to plan & buy parts accordingly for specific car repairs.

I've never had to deal with their customer service expect for one occasion where they made a change to my order shortly after I placed it (I picked the wrong part). I imagine they would be more than willing to help out. This company gets too much flak -- they are trying very hard to make sure you're a satisfied customer.

"I ordered a bumper kit which was direct-shipped from the supplier and a windshield cowl kit which was shipped from ECS Tuning. I was told that that the shipping for both items was $150, but the order was later split and I was charged for shipping from both locations. It was after a few days that ECS Tuning refunded me the difference (bringing the total shipping cost back to $150) in a store credit instead of to my credit card account. I think it could have been explained to me more clearly when I inquired about the shipping cost, so do take note if your order is split like mine.

Update: ECS Tuning contacted me and refunded the amount to my credit card.

"Ordered a Motive Brake Fluid Flush Kit - Level 1. Received prompt same day shipping from ECStuning and the package arrived at my door within the week. As with other customers who are located in Canada, UPS was a complete rip-off. The cost of shipping and additional duties was more than what the Motive Brake Fluid Kit was worth. $58 for the kit. $67 in shipping and duties. At no fault of ECStuning but probably not a smart buy on my part. "

"Over the summer of 2014 I placed 4 separate orders with ECS Tuning covering a variety of parts for my '99 Audi A4 and '88 BMW E34. Each time everything from website accuracy, order processing, and delivery went 100% smooth, not a single issue. It is hard to find companies who can maintain this level of quality service, offering a wide range of OEM and aftermarket parts. I love and hate visiting the ECS website. I love it because they have nice pictures of nearly everything they sell (seriously, how to they do that?), and I hate it because I can VERY easily find everything I want for my car, and then some.. They've really made it easy to take my money!"

"Fantastic seller. I needed some transmission parts for an e30 trans rebuild, and ECS was pretty much the only place that had the parts, aside from the dealer, which was expensive. The shipping estimator let me know before ordering when the items would ship, which was a great help in figuring out timing for the project. They've got a future repeat customer."

"I have ordered, and quickly received, parts for my Audi A4, a VW Cabrio and both BMW E36 & E46. I have been very happy with the quality and the options for each part.
I had ordered a PCV refresh kit for the A4 and wanted one for the Cabrio, but it was not listed. I called in and inquired about one. Within minutes I received a return call and a "kit" had been put together and it is now listed on their web site, both in OEM and aftermarket form! That is what I call paying attention to customers needs!
Try getting service like that from GEEKS who sell PARTS!!!!
Please don't loose site of your mission to provide great stuff at good prices, WITH GREAT SERVICE, ECS. Thank you.

"love ordering from ecs, prices are great and they definitely have what i need to keep my a4 b5 going strong. because i live in Hawaii they rip me on shipping. other companies will give me the option of using regular shipping with usps and better rates. i would order from these guys all the time if i had this option."
