"This was a confusing and frustrating experience. I tried to buy a book through marketplace and the seller was selling a book that didn't exist. My credit card was charged and I never got the book or the money back. Ecampus just kept telling me to contact the seller, who DIDN'T EXIST. Terrible customer service, still haven't gotten my money back."
