"I wouldn't order from here bc I toredered a book & never got it. Their policy is after 5 days if it hasn't shipped you get a refund & it's been past 5 days and I have yet to see that refund. If I were you, I wouldn't buy my book from here. "

Confusing labels- be careful!

"I purchased the "ebook" for my class and chose 1 day shipping - I needed the book quickly and thought an electronic download would be the quickest way. Just to make sure I was purchasing the right thing, I contacted the help desk. The employee who helped me on the chat feature informed me that the "ebook" I was purchasing was neither electronic nor was it a book. Thankfully I checked with him about the false labels they have on things otherwise I would have been even more upset in the following days. Anyway, now knowing that it was not electronic, I chose 1 day shipping. I have never selected 1 day shipping with any organization that was not very fast turnaround. As soon as I paid my bill, I was then informed that they would need 3-4 days for processing. Once I received my package, it was 1 half-sheet of paper in a large cardboard sleeve. I find it hard to believe that it took them 3-4 days to put a piece of paper in a large "envelope." Thankfully, I took my chances against the chat and did not buy the paper book separately. My "ebook" does in fact have the book as well on the website. I feel like I was just told this so that I would buy yet another item from them. "

Extremely displeased

"I still have yet to receive my book. It was ordered back on the 12th of the month and it's now the 22nd! My book hasn't even been shipped to me! When I called for help it took two separate phone calls for someone to finally tell me my book had been back-ordered! I never received an email update. The fact that I had to seek out the information is what fueled my anger. I was made aware that the EARLIEST my book would ship to me was the 24th or 25th ONLY if the publisher sent it to them in time. So now I am sitting here with no idea when the book will actually arrive and unfortunately there is no help customer service can provide since it's a publishing issue. Still. I would not have placed the order if I was aware of the back-order. Now I have to hope that my professor doesn't throw a surprise assignement in before the order finally arrives.

While the customer service staff was super nice and helpful this experience has left a bad feeling towards taking chances on online orders.

eCampus.com has to be a joke. Customer service is ridiculous!

"I ordered a book for $58. The order was canceled by eCampus.com, acting on its own, without consulting me first. I called immediately after receiving the cancellation notice to figure out the problem, but the call desk was closed for the evening. I used the "chat with us" option and was told to call back the following day. I called the next day to re-order
the book, but was then told my only option is to pay $188 for a new book.

I understand the the book I ordered might not be available. But considering that (1) eCampus.com cancelled my original order, on its own, and (2) I did everything I possibly could to reorder the book ASAP, I expected at least a discount on the purchase. But nope, all I received was a lame, insincere apology.
