Forgot to package book

"I have never had any issues until now. I receive a package with a textbook supposedly suppose to be in there, I paid for it. And when I open it up to my surprise no textbook just a piece of paper. Very disappointed!"

Never got my book

"I never received my order from the private seller, I contacted them with no response, and now have to buy the book again from my school bookstore and pay for expedited shipping as class started a week ago. "

"Need a book for my online course. Ordered it in enough days for it to make it before school, today is the first day of the semester & I still have not received the book. Still have not received an email saying it has shipped out. I paid for 3-8 day shipping for no reason. It's been 10 days. "

Most in great shape.

"We rented three books from Ecampus this semester, most were in great shape except for one. The business class book arrived in total disarray, held together by 2 rubber bands. It is usable with a little love and attention, however I am afraid when we return it that the burden of explanation will fall on the "last user." Hopefully, they know the shape it was in when it was shipped."

Not a happy customer! !!

"Was under the impression the item I ordered was in stock and it would ship in 1 to 3 days. Requested express shipment because of tight deadline. Contact seller for update, was told they were waiting for the item to arrive from their supplier. Next day order gets cancelled because they can find a supplier for my item. Will never order from eCampus again. "
