"I mailed a BRAND NEW BOOK to A Book Company LLC, which is owned by eCampus, which isn't paying me. They emailed the following message to me:
Thank You for contacting A Book Company LLC. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our records indicate that the item you were selling was sent to our Buyback Review Department and has been sent to the publisher, at their request, for review. Unfortunately, we do not have an expected due date for the item to be returned to our facility. Upon the completion of the review and the return of your item to our facility, if able, the item will be checked in and you will receive an email informing you of this. Once an item has checked in, payment for the buyback can take 3-5 weeks to be issued. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I'm sorry to hear about this. We have recently started a new program and all buybacks now have to go through a review process to prove authenticity of items. Due to several counterfeit items being sold we have formed this program in hopes of stopping the sale and buy of counterfeit items.
