"I ordered one book for an online class 10 days prior to the start date. I did not receive my book until after week one's assignments were due. No makeup, no late excuse from the professor so I received a 0% for week one of an eight week semester and had to drop the class. Oh yeah, that also cost me $270 to withdrawal. I paid up for faster delivery - apparently take didn't work. Thanks for nothing eCampus.com!!!"

"This has more to do with their customer service, than my actual order (which was fine, no issues). When I ordered, I accidentally got the wrong book (only my fault) and I didn't realize it until I received it. I then went to the website so I could print a return label but it was down, so I went to my emails to find a customer service number to make sure they knew their website wasn't working, if i could get a return label over the phone, etc. When someone finally answered I got a lady who sounded a bit rude from the start. She seemed offended when I asked, "Is your guys' website down?" because apparently as a consumer I'm supposed to know one company has other companies and/or websites. She then was very technical and stern with me until she could just transfer me. Thankfully while I was on hold again the internet gods blessed me and their website was fixed and I could handle it myself.
Now that I have returned the book, I can say that it is still a bit fishy. They received the book (and even took $5 off my return amount) and its now 3 days after that and I haven't gotten anything back from them. No confirmation email, call, the payment, NOTHING.
Needless to say, I'm going to stop ordering anywhere other than Amazon. "
