"While they may have good buyback prices, WATCH OUT!
They say 3-5 days for payment but it's really 3-5 WEEKS. WEEKS. To get paid for books you sold, they have a pointedly false line they've played off as a 'typo' in their emails. They will also charge you to send your own books BACK. If I'd have known that, I never would have gone with this company to sell my textbooks. Don't get caught like I did! "

I called customer service, and they said they will order it directly to the supplier and do a 2 day shipping. 3 weeks later after my classes start, the new book arrived in the mail. Guess what? "way long to "check in " my book. i sent it over a month ago. never ever had this problem from other buyback companies. this is my first time and last time to selling my book back to this company!!!!! a little ridiculous to take a month to "receive" my book and another month to 'check it in" then a 3-6 week duration to process the buyback order."
"Orders arrive far later than they estimate. I didn't have my books in time for class and needed to return my ecampus purchases. They charge you for return shipping AND charge a 10% fee, which can be steep on expensive textbooks. Bad website, should have stuck with Amazon. They might be a few bucks more on the headline price but you'll get faster delivery and no BS on returns."
"I went on their website to get a quote for my book that I wanted to sell, got a decent price and sent it off. Over a month later I finally get a confirmation email saying they received my book but cannot pay me since it is either not the right book or in poor condition. For one, they can't even give me a straight answer so I know its phony and two, how could the book be wrong if I used the ISBN number? I also barely used that book, so it was NOT in poor condition. I tried calling customer service several times but only got their "closed office hours" recording or an out of service tone. I emailed them too, and still got nothing. I wish I had read reviews about this scam of a company before. Now I better get my book back from them, or its more warning to the good people from here on out! USE CHEGG OR VALORE BOOKS. "
"I ordered the item over a week ago and paid almost $20 for the two day shipping. Over a week later and I still have no book. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes, a rude rep advised that I shold have noticed where the book takes 3 to 4 days to ship and then the two day shipping kicks in, makes sense???? NO, it does not. I still do not know when the book will arrive and they refused to refund the two day shipping even though we are 8 days in. "
"What a neat concept - mail your book and get money back! HOWEVER I mailed my book back more than 5 weeks ago and have not received money. After having contacted the customer service chat I was told to expect money in my account by the 5 weeks time. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I emailed c/s today and was told that it takes 4- 6 weeks AFTER they have "checked in" my book. Apparently my book has bee sitting in a large pile for over 5 weeks, because it is still yet to be "checked-in"

"These ppl called me only so i would not continue to post reviews because i still have not recieved direct deoposits nor checks in when they claim are sent with in 5 weeks. Guess what? 5 weeks has come and gone. A women identifiing herself as andrea called only to descilate. I have spoken to Roddy who also lied and said i would recieve my checks and payments. I have an order there that has been marked delivereed via UPS track for about 270$ that is not even marked as recieved since mid july. This is AWFUL. I have at least 5 unpaid orders over 150$ each. They pay late by check they pay late by direct deposit. Cara was rude and rushed me off the phone when i made contact in july. I have a strong feeling that ECAMPUS IS NOT GOING TO PAY ME. OTHERWISE THEY WOULD HAVE BY NOW. "
"I waited over 2 weeks for a textbook to ship. I finally called customer service and they said due to a supplier issue they did not even have the book and had no idea when it would ship! I paid $150 for a book they did not even have to ship. And, knowing they did not have it to ship, still told me estimated delivery was 3-5 days. Terrible! "
"I ordered a book through the market place and received an email confirming my order. In that email it stated that the seller must confirm and ship the item within 2 business days. I waited the 2 business days, then contacted customer help through their chat feature. Their customer service rep, Ryan, was the least helpful customer service employee I've ever interacted with. He insisted that the email was incorrect and that the seller only has to confirm, not ship, the item within 2 days. When I asked to see their policy he told me he didn't have it and told me to just check out their website. When I insisted multiple times for the link, he finally offered me the link to the help section of their site, but couldn't direct me exactly where to find the policy (shouldn't customer service know the company they work for?). After searching myself, I realized it did not state their policy for marketplace sales. Rude Ryan essentially mocked me for choosing standard shipping and insisted that I wait the 8 business days to see if the book showed up. To end our conversation, he sent a message stating that was all the help he would offer, multiple times, essentially shutting me out.
I ended up contacting the seller who didn't respond, but the next day I received an email that the book was no longer available and I would get a refund. Out of kindness, ecampus offered a measly 5% off my next order. Forget that 'wonderful' offer, I'd rather pay more at another site and actually receive good customer service that doesn't include rude employees and blurred, shady policies. "
"DON’T BOTHER. It was so frustrating working with this site, I paid $20 extra for two day shipping for it to not be delivered on time. When I emailed customer service they said it’s because it takes two days after it was delivered to be shipped. It made no sense. Much easier to order from amazon or find it somewhere else. Take my advice and do not order from this site! Waste of time and money. They also refused to discount me or refund me. "

"DONT NOT SELL TO THEM. Ecampus owes me over $700 in buybacks. Order number have been delivered and checked in and I have been promised the check for 15 weeks for $260ish . The other orders HAVE NOT been checked in since delivered on the 8th. For $500. "
"Most books are NOT in stock and there is no clear disclaimer on this. So if an item is out of stock on Amazon, it's probably also out of stock on ecampus. The customer service agent "helping" me, Ryan, provided the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. He mocked me over the message feature and convinced me to cancel my order. He also refused to connect me with another agent and refused to provide me with a manager's email address."

Our records indicate that your buyback order 7628178 was created 9/15/18 and was delivered and checked into inventory 9/19/18. Payment processing can take 3-5 weeks to be issued from the check in date however, it does not always take that long. The direct deposit was issued 9/27/18 12 days after the buyback was created. Please note for future reference it can take 3-5 weeks for payments to be issued if we are in busy season. We do hope that you choose to do business with us again in the future.
