HORRIBLE!!!!

"Give me a break. I ordered my book 10 days ago and I am still currently waiting on it. THEY ARE TAKING SO LONG THEY HAVE PUT ME BEHIND IN CLASS. I even paid extra for shipping and my book is still yet to even be processed! NEVER AGAIN ECAMPUS!!!"

Longest most dishonest process

"They claimed my book had water damage, which it did not as I had already had offers from other buyers on it. They then held my book hostage unless I paid them $10 to ship it back to me. Do not do business with this shady organization. They also told me it would take 2-5 weeks to issue payment for my book when any other company issues payment in 2-5 days."

I apologize for the inconvenience. When items are sent to us for the Buy Back program, we must inspect them to ensure that the quality meets our expectations. Due to storage concerns, any items with a prior history of water/liquid damage can not be kept, no mater how small. As your item had water damage, and the package showed no signs of damage upon inspection, we had to assume that the item was damaged prior to being shipped. In cases such as this, we advise the customer of the situation and alert them that we can either discard the item on their behalf, or they can have the item returned if they wish to pay the return shipping and handling. This fee is in place as we have paid the original shipping costs to have the item sent to us, in anticipation of being able to resell the item. If the item does not meet quality standard, then the customer would be liable for the return shipping. According to our last update, your item was shipped on 02/22/18 with tracking number 1Z29E3W50342839730 and was delivered on 02/27/18.

2 weeks and still no book

"I ordered my book on January 7th. It took a while to deliver, which I was understanding of. However, the tracking information gave an estimated delivery of January 19th. It was not delivered and the tracking information has not been updated. Customer service has not responded and I have no idea what happened to the book, which I really need for my class. I am falling way behind with my readings. *** Updating from one to three starts. My book arrived the day after writing this post. It was in excellent shape (surprisingly because the box was ripped wide open). I just wish customer service had responded to me more quickly, as I could not get information from the post office and hoped eCampus could offer some insight. I think it was 2 or 3 days before a response and by then the book had finally arrived. My book had been at the post office 20 miles away for a week with no update. Strange, but perhaps it was more a problem of the USPS. "

Not in warehouse

"I was very disappointed. My book was to be in on a specific date. When ordering the rental you should not indicate that it available when in fact it is not. The company never reached out to say it would be delayed. I contacted them when it was a week late to cancel, because I couldn't wait. It was then shipped, now I have a restock fee because they didn't have the product and sent in a timely manner."
