"I made the mistake of selling a book to E-Campus, I would've been better off giving it away. They say that they process the book between 2-5 weeks after receiving it - after 4 week and 3 days (this will become important later) of not hearing anything from them, I contacted E-Campus to see what was going on.
After waiting a while in the online help chat, I encountered Kacie who told me "E-campus takes 2-5 weeks to process it" and basically I was SOL for the next 4 days until the hard deadline and then hung up on me.
Okay, so it's not between 2 - 5 weeks, it's 5 weeks. I waited until the day was up and then spoke to two help chat agents - I first spoke with Quann, who after I gave my account number, didn't know anything and wouldn't help me and again hung up on me.
Finally I spoke to Ryan who said that he had elevated it to a supervisor, most likely because I had become a nuisance, and they were going to send me a check in about 1 week.
I posted a copy of this review on TrustPilot. The time I wasted trying to contact these people I will never get back.
TL:DR You have to read the terms and conditions carefully and keep bothering them. Not worth the time I spent trying to contact E-Campus. Would not do again.

"Never received my book, never had my hands on them, yet the company said they have to charge me full price for not returning the rental. Customer service was so bad and no help or compensation was given. Worst company ever.

Rented a college book sent a grade school reader. 1st order came a day early which was great but still no book, told operator needed it by friday it she did next day shipment at no extra cost..still the stress was crazy until it came hoping it was the right book. Still have old book never got info on how to return it...I guess I have to call again "

In many cases, if you reach out to our customer service office, we can issue either a replacement or a refund for the order. At this time, I show that a replacement was issued on 03/06/18 and show it was delivered on 03/09/18. A prepaid label was pushed into the account under your Return for Refund section. Once you select your order, there will be a drop down menu for your return reason. Select the option "received wrong item" and a prepaid label with UPS will be available to print so that you can return the incorrect item at no cost to you.
