"The book arrived when I was out-of-town (that's what I get for being proactive, I suppose.). When I realized it didn't come with access codes I needed, I returned it. The "return for a refund" policy is that it is returned within 25 days of shipping. What they don't mention on the website (yes, I looked) is that it can take up to 5 days for them to process the item back into inventory once it is received. My book was delivered to them (according to UPS) a week after I mailed it, on day 23, which was a Friday, but not processed until the following Monday or Tuesday, which were days 26 and 27. They weren't going to give me a refund until I called. Then they did me a "one-time courtesy" of issuing the refund.
So, check your book immediately to make sure it's what you need, or hope it doesn't arrive when you're out of town. With 7 days for shipping to you, 7 days for shipping back to them, and up to 5 days for processing, that's 19 of the 25 days. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 for issuing the refund. I'm thankful they did. However, I will not be ordering from them again."

"I had ordered a few books from ecampus. The first book I ordered took about 2 weeks to arrive. i usually order way ahead of time anyhow, but not the point. Second book was fine. 3rd book on the other hand, (Bundle: Income Tax Fundamentals 2017, 35th + H&R Block™ Premium & Business Access Code for Tax Filing Year 2016 + CengageNOWv2™, 1 term (6 months) Printed Access Card
ISBN: 9781337373944), notice the CengageNOWv2, 1 term printed access card. Which was mandatory for my course, did not come with it. When I called about the access card, customer service told me that it was not apart of the bundle, and due to their term and conditions they are not responsible to provide that access card. I ended up having to pay another $179 to gain access to that website for 6 weeks. So my advice to you is....if you need a book that requires Cengage, Connect, or any other type of access to specific websites, do not purchase your books from epampus, even though they advertise it with the book as a bundle."

I thought I had gotten this book with all the others for my classes. I have to read two chapters in this book now and don't have the book. Two weeks to ship is too long. If there were issues then I should have been notified so I could buy the book from someplace else."

"If you choose to use this website for a book make sure you choose the normal shipping method an be prepared to wait atleast a week to recieve your book. I didnt receive my book for over a week after paying one-day shipping. When i contacted them about it they say the book will ship once they have in in inventory, meaning they dont even have the book i paid for in inventory. TERRIBLY ran business"
