"We thought we ordered an online textbook. The store was not set up user friendly for the different ordering options. When no link came, we looked at our order and realized the actual textbook was ordered. When we returned the book we had to pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee, even though the rented book we ordered had free return shipping when the rental period was over. Once I found that out the return shipping and restocking charges for an incorrect order, we ordered the online version through a different company. "

"I was completely screwed over by ecampus. They failed to send me the correct books and then informed me that the books I needed and order on time to receive before I needed them in class, would not be there on time as there would be no possible way for them to get me my books within four days time. As a result I had to go to another company who could get me my books on time, which due to the fact that I now had to get a rushed delivery instead of the TWO WEEKS I originally gave ecampus, I had to pay dirastically more money. It would have been better to simply go somewhere else to begin with, and it would have been cheaper. I will NEVER use their services again and I recommend that if you are considering them go anywhere other than ecampus. The value of a company isn't whether they occasionally give you the services you pay for and which they are then contractually obligated to give you by accepting your money, it is in how they treat you during the times which they have failed to uphold their contractual obligations. I've had this issue with other companies before. It's to be expected that every now and then the warehouse will screw up and send you the wrong item, it happens, everyone is human, however, every other company has gone out of their way to ensure that I then had the material by the time they originally agreed to, or by the next day. These people simply said they wouldn't do it, and that I had to bare the cost of their mistake. You shouldn't be responsible for dealing with mistakes a company makes after taking your money, they are responsible for it. Legally they can actually be sued for that. But they don't care because they know college students don't have the time and money to enforce the law, so they will take advantage of you, because they know you can't stop them. If you are considering using this service: DONT. Literally go anywhere else, it will end up costing you less money to go somewhere more expensive as here you'll still get stuck with the shipping costs, and the cost of a book from another company. This place is terrible. NEVER USE THEM. I'd like to give you advice on the quality of product, but I never got it. "
"I ordered on 8/7 & didn't receive my book until 8/21. The shipping information stated usually ships in 2-4 business days, however my book did not ship out until a full week later. I felt that this information was very misleading and as a result I was not prepared to take my praxis at the end of August as I anticipated. Overall I was both disappointed and inconvenienced by the misleading shipping information presented on e campus' website."

"...if they actually have them in stock that is - Ordered 6 textbooks on the 14th of October. 5 of them were shipped on the 15th, received on 21st which worked out as that was the first day of classes. Unfortunately, the 6th books is still not here nor has it shipped. I was told only after I asked where it was that there was a problem in obtaining it! How do you sell / rent a book that you don't have access to even ship?
The overall process was easy and went very smoothly - except for this one missing book. May change rating if this book is received soon..."
