"eCampus specializes in textbooks, but had listed a hard to find (non - text) book as available. Upon ordering, they went to a supplier who was out of stock, and then cancelled my order. I initially wrote a 1 star review as I felt it was a waste of time to list a book for sale that was not stocked. Their customer service rep wrote an apologetic and well articulated email explaining their mission and business model, and I realized that I wasn't judging their business fairly. They are very good at what they do, and i won't hestitate to order from them in the future. It is a rare talent to address a review as critical as mine without being defensive, contadictory, or openly offended. My issue was validated, even though it was largely emotional and not at all logical, and they didn't ask for anything. They have more than earned my business and I would encourage anyone looking to purchase from them to not hesitate. Thanks!"

While our warehouse has thousands of books in stock and marked available within 24-48 hours, we do have some titles we must source directly from the publisher. In these cases, we advertise an availability period of 2-4 or 3-5 business days, depending on what the publisher reports to us. In this case, we were informed the item would no longer be available on the 2nd business day and refunded the order. We also updated the listing to reflect this.
