"Due to a misunderstanding, I got the wrong version of the book I needed from another website but didn't realize it until my first day of class. Thanks to eCampus, I was able to rent the book I need for a good price, with access to an electronic version until my book came (which saved a lot on shipping). Even better was that the shipping was free when I returned the book. So overall, my experience was great, and helped turn an unfortunate misunderstanding into a good one!"
