"I was under the impression I had ordered all the books I needed. WRONG -half of my order was not delivered and cancelled, I was not told until a month later when I called concerning my order. I then reordered my books and now one of them has been cancelled (no explanation) and I am still waiting for another book to come in. "I rent with Ecampus all the time and i love them. It comes very quickly and they have the best prices. I bought a wrong book for a class and had to return the book, at first, I was very angry at them because they were charging me a restocking fee that was almost the price of the book and they had never charged this fee before but then, they reached out to me and they provided one of the best customer services possible. They were very professional and understandable of situation, I will definetely rent with them again and I will recommend using their services.

The rewards program is great, except once you redeem the points you must use whatever promo you select.
